we were disappointed that, due to a festival in the town, the dining was all al-fresco and only a limited terrace menu was on offer. We shouldn't have worried.
The service from start to finish was superb - don't be fooled by the jeans and t-shirts (all matching). These guys know their trade and know it well.
We had some tapas starters to share; which were perfectly cooked and delicious followed by smoked salmon (small portion but spot on), a Greek salad (huge portion with feta and olives) and a lobster that was to die for.
The wine was a Trimbach (Alsace) Reisling - just the right mix of sharpness and flavour.
We'll be back to sample the full Michelin starred menu - pleased with the "find"
