Another excellent stay at Best Western Princes Marine hotel. Located on Hove seafront this hotel has a friendly atmosphere. The staff are all helpful. The hotel is light, airy and clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food is top notch.
Sea front rooms have beautiful views but be aware that they get hot and you need to open windows which then leads to traffic noise. Rooms at back are also nice. Fans and portable fridges available on request.
Parking is no better or worse than other sea front hotels in Brighton. There are designated disabled spaces, some parking through a narrow access at the back then pay parking on sea front and adjoining streets. Once you park in car park you could leave you car and travel via regular seafront bus into town or along coast.
One of the few sea front hotels to have lawns opposite rather than just concrete esplanade. Great for walks.
Bowling green nearby, croquet, tennis courts and King Alfred leisure complex.
This hotel is always upgrading its facilities and is about to open two ground floor disabled rooms. If they are up to the high standard of the penthouse rooms conversion they will be extremely popular.
This hotel is going from strength to strength.
Special thanks to Philip, head of the restaurant, who takes pride in anticpating your needs and providing great service.
The owner is often on hand and very amenable to any requests.More
