Absolutely stunning gardens, and completely unexpected. Definitely worth the £5 entry fee.

The complex also has a few high-end outlet shops as well as a cafe so makes a good day trip.

Attended a 2 day leadership workshop here, gardens were gorgeous, lovely courtyard, fab bar service, excellent catering and all next door to the Mulberry outlet shop! Excellent choice of venue, highly recommended!

“Stunning!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 June 2014

These beautiful gardens are a hidden gem in the heart of a small and pretty Somerset town. Once inside, you feel miles away from the roads and traffic. A beautiful lake, superb planting and a view wherever you look - not least the magnificent Victorian railway viaduct which stands right in the gardens. For the less aesthetically minded, there are designer outlets and a small restaurant attached to a shop, selling locally-produced, organic food. Well worth a visit and beautiful whatever the season, or the weather. Peaceful, one visit wasn't enough for me.

“Beautiful Gardens”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 June 2014

We happened to come across this by chance, it is a old textile mill with designer shops. Well if you happen to be a stick insect you will be ok, we went to Mulberry first and the young girl looked at us like we shouldn't be there, probably because we were not a size zero, failing that, skip the shops and head to the gardens. The gardens are a sight to behold, £5 well spent to view. Beautifully kept and just a lovely place to relax, as not a huge area to walk around. The Viaduct impressive as a backdrop. The main restaurant was closed for a private function so we went to the smaller cafe, where the staff appeared to be under pressure, however they were friendly and the sandwich was very good.
