This is a nice hotel with very friendly staff members. I was in room 302, which is a room for one person. In December 2012, the official price was 65.000 pesos, but they offered me the room for 55.000. The rooms here are very small, but nicely decorated.
The location is central, but there is a lot of noise there. It's located near the corner of Calle 17 and Carrera 20. There are a lot of heavy trucks and buses that pass by this intersection, and I don't think there's a room in this hotel that doesn't receive this noise. If it weren't for the noise, I would probably give them 4 stars, but for a good night's sleep, this isn't the best place.
It's located about 5-6 blocks from Plaza Bolivar, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Many of the restaurants are closed at night, so if you want dinner, there are several places in Parque Caldas, which is a shopping center.
