This path is fairly easy to follow, and the walk isn't to strenuous, a bit harder in the snow though. The end result is amazing though!!! The view was amazing and you could see the glacier. It was absolutely silent too, except for the occasional rock falling of the side hitting the ice. If your in the area you cannot miss this

A Short walk from the Hermitage, well worth it as when you get to the end you will see Mt Sefton to the left and Mt Cook Straight ahead, below is the Muller Glacier Lake and Moraine wall which looks rather interesting

The walk only took about 1 hour return and although you dont have to travel far from the campground you are still rewarded with stunning scenery. If you are tight on time and can only do one walk i would definitely say to do the Hooker Valley walk

When we started our walk to Kea Point it was misting and breezy, by the time we got there it was raining sideways and blowing really hard, and it was totally worth it. You can get a pretty good view of the hanging glaciers up on the mountain and the icebergs down in the lake are neat also. If it's nice, there are benches to sit on and a couple little signs explaining things. As we were leaving we got to hear and see the hanging glaciers up on the mountain calving which was a pretty awesome experience.
