We stayed at this fabulous place from 20th to 23rd June. We'd arrived after a long drive from The UK and were very enthusiastically and warmly welcomed. We hadn't booked anywhere for dinner on the night of arrival so we decided to take the easy option and eat hwew - and we are so glad we did - superb food and a great setting eating outside on the terrace.

The whole hotel experience was fantastic, great location, pol area fab, superb food (breakfast as well as dinner great too), staff very attentive and full of great recommendations for the area. Will definitely be back here as it was the hotel highlight of our trip (best of the 5 locations we stayed at throughout France).

We had just arrived after touring Rome, Florence, and Venice and about to take on another strenuous visit to Paris. Spent 3 nights at this wonderful gem. Had 2 attached rooms, one for our granddaughters. Lovely, clean accommodations topped off with excellent service. Food was special-truly gourmet and infinitely better than what we found in Paris. We bicycled on the charming Loire Valley roads and swam in the heated pool-refreshing. Jordan provided information about the area and directed us to 2 of the most interesting and important chateau's of the region.

This place is special and we plan to return.

This was a surprise. Close to Paris /Tours/Le Mans motorways. flat countryside and then this amazing hotel. Great service, wonderful food. Heated pool, jazuzzi, tennis and a golf course next door. We only stayed for one night in a garden suite. Plenty of room, comfortable beds with large bathroom. I should have asked about a bath as there was a large shower instead. It was a sunny day and we wanted to sit outside our room and read but next door guest was smoking and was blowing our way. We decamped to the restaurant patio and enjoyed the sun going down with hot air balloons in the distance. Tea and cake for my wife and Dry white for me. Perfect. A bit pricey when you add in the food and drink but well worth it. Seems very popular with variety of nationalities staying. English owned, most Europeans languages spoken. Will go back.

Room Tip: Ask for bath if needed. Some garden suites a few minutes walk, but on other hand close to pool

To summarise briefly. What all the other good reviews say is correct. We've stayed here 4 times now for the Le Mans 24hr race weekend. We are always looked after extremely well. The dining experience is fab-u-lous, either inside or on the terrace. Service just on time for pre dinner beer round and delightfully polite. We always book a garden room and always look forward to our next stay. The place encapsulates rural France and we love it, on the approaching drive through the nearby villages we feel we are coming home.

Have previously stayed nearby but this was our first time staying in Le Fleuray - so peaceful and calm in a great location. It's not far from the motorway, but you'd never know as it's so quiet. Restaurant served a good menu for both dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was very good - good range of breads and ample choice to start the day.Our room was a little on the small side but this was not a problem for our stay as we were looking for a stopover en route to the south west.

If you stay here make a detour before you leave the area to visit the nearby independent and family-run vineyard (Domaine Cocteau) where you can stock up on warm reds and sparkling rosés at great prices (cash only).
