Overall very good location and attractive well maintained appartments.
Boules court need some work to improve the surface, and I would prefer quilts on the bedding instead of blankets. We already have them at our own P&V appartement in Valmorel, and other P&V residences we have visited

We stayed in a one bedroomed apartment for an Autumnal Week's Break.

The Apartment was clean and well appointed, views from the Balcony across the Golf Course and outdoor pool were great! Some of the floor tiles were cracked, but with visitors throughout the year this was not unexpected.

The main bedroom was a little tight on space, and we found the mattress extremely hard and pillows quite old. The bed linen was clean and fresh - would have been nice if the bed had actually been made up, as arrival at one o'clock in the morning had left us extremely tired after the drive from Roscoff.

The welcome washing pack (washing up liquid, scourer's, tea towel and dishwasher tablets) was a nice touch. Would be great if you could pre-order a starter pack of coffee, milk etc, but we did go off-season so this may be possible in high season - I don't know. You can order internet shopping for delivery from the reception area.

The pool area was good and well maintained, however feel that a wash down of the sunbeds on a daily basis would improve the experience as we found the only thing letting the pool down was the amount of bird droppings in the pool area.

Bikes can be hired from reception and you can pre-order fresh bread from local bakery for availability next morning.

Reception staff were excellent, and went out of their way to assist in any way.

Quite tranquill location and excellent value for money.

Room Tip: If you book apartments to the right of reception you will get more sunshine on your balcony. Useful...

Stayed here in mid June 2012. Very good standard of self catering apartments. Rooms very clean and tidy, double bedroom a little small with not much room round the bed. Living area large enough with two more beds available from the sofas. Upper floors have balconies and ground floors have patios. Some floor tiles cracked but everything else good. Separate toilet and bath/shower which makes life easier.
Dishwasher tablets and cleaning pack left in each room. Plenty of crockery and cutlery with mugs and cups. Surroundings lovely, pine trees and golf course. Only a few minutes drive from the Cazaux lake. There is also a small swimming pool at the back of reception.
Quiet at night, very peaceful, staff very helpful. Recommend this place.

At short notice, stayed here for a couple of nights in October. Very peaceful location (pine forest) and everything we need for 2 of us and 2 dogs. Annoying thing is, as a P&V property owner, could have paid up to 30% less had I remembered to book this in advance. Owners' reservation line doesn't open on w/e - must complain. Even without discount, much better value than staying in a 2/3 star hotel, as apartment comes with all the things that you need when you're driving through France (fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, WiiFi, etc..), not to mention the outdoor heated swimming pool to relax in. Just remember to bring coffee and milk - the bread and croissant can be ordered from reception. The lake is about 5 mins walk away and the wide sandy beach of Biscarrosse Plage is about 10min drive. The golf course is even nearer and bikes can be hired from the reception. If you/kids are desperate, there's a MacDo in town. Perfect for family holidays and those that need self-catering facilities. I've read some of the reviews here and don't agree with some of them. Our apartment was very clean and all the linen looked quite new. In any case, P&V issue all their towels and bed linen in individual, plastic-packed, portions. Ok, I agree a few of the pillows are pretty rubbish! Didn't hear any planes in the sky although the pool pump was a tad noisy.

Room Tip: All face the pool, so I don't think you can get one facing the car park! Go for top (2nd) floor...
