We had to make a one night stop-over in Germany on our way to Italy, and this hotel was just what we needed. Spotlessly clean, simple, welcoming and very quiet. The bed was enormous and quite comfortable, although the room was a bit humid so definitely keep the window open a notch at night.
Style wise, both the hotel and the restaurant are a bit of a throwback to the eighties, but we found it quite sweet and unpretentious. We ate so well in the restaurant, the breaded schnitzel was really great, as were the spatzle. The apple sorbet was also an unexpected delight. Very reasonably priced and impeccable service too.
Breakfast was also good, lots of options available, including cereals, yoghurt, fruit, pastries and eggs if you want them.
All in all, highly recommended.

The town has an alpine feel and was closed on the Monday we were here - there were a few bars and restaurants in the center around the church, this area would be great for alfresco dining in the summer. The hotel was a little dated, but very clean and well looked after. Room was spacious, but wifi was only through T-mobile sign up. Restaurant was excellent as was breakfast. Staff very helpful and service was great.

If you're looking for rock and roll adventure - this isn't the town for you - but if you want a quiet little get away or are visiting family I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Very friendly hotel staff and while the rooms are too fancy - they are SUPER COMFY. Breakfast is divine too.

Only "issue" is WiFi travelers will need to pay via Tmobile hotspot access.
