Terrible Terrible Terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Best Western around the block.
This hotel will take your reservation and when you get there, they tell you that they are overbooked and want you to stay in a hotel next door. This place is a DIVE.

We stayed here with our children on our way in and out of Italy in June. A nice private balcony, we slept with the ocean sounds and breeze. There is also an open area with couches where we chose to have our evening wine. The decor is fun and it was very clean. The staff were very helpful to recommend a restaurant, grocer whatever we needed and we were not disappointed. A wonderful breakfast, I really enjoyed Hassim (sp?) who made an amazing cup of coffee! The beach is nice with tidepools for the kids to swim in, just watch out for the zooming mopeds when crossing the 2-lane street. I liked being close to the airport but away enough to feel like my vacation had actually started or with the return was lingering just a little bit longer. I will stay here again the next time I return to Italy.

This was our last night in Rome & decided to check out the ocean. We got a room with a HUGE private terrace overlooking the beach & ocean. The room was very large & was all tiled--felt like a Mexican hotel. The guy at the desk was VERY helpful & was trying very hard to make us feel comfortable. The 2 ladies that were there, were less than impressive--not very friendly at all. When we arrived it was siesta, so everything was closed as well, it was Sunday. We walked quite a distance to a grocery store (made it 15 mins. before they closed) to get lunch. The hotel is right on the beach so there is a wonderful view of the sunset, but the shops are a fair distance away. We used a private transfer offered by the hotel. It was $25 for 4 people & lots of luggage--so we felt that was pretty good value. A taxi would have been a bit cheaper, but we would have needed 2 of them, therefore, increasing our cost. The breakfast was great. Definitely would consider staying here again. It was a nice change from the hotels we stayed in on our trip.

stayed here overnight instead of at the airport hilton. The hotel is clean and good value for the cost. We got a balcony room which was nice with the view of the ocean. Restaurants on the street are nice and the guy taking care of breakfast was pleasant. Overall, you probably end up paying the same price as the airport hotel after cab fare is added in but the there are nice restaurants in the area and a great ocean view.

The remodel on this old hotel was slip- shod if examined at all. It had an uncomfortable feel because of its awkward decor and less than desirable upkeep. It was clean and sufficient, but hardly luxurious. Yes it is across the street from the beach, but there is not much of a "beach" feel. If you get the right room, however, there is a large terrace that is nice to view the sunset from. Not impressed but for the price, you get the beach, near the airport, and a great Italian seafood resteraunt down the road.

We stayed there for a night in early June as we wanted to have a good hotel near airport.
Considering the price, the room quality was fair. Clean and tidy but a bit old. Wi-fi was good.
Breakfast was great and the gentleman serving breakfast was really nice. We found the view of beach was fantastic and staying in the terrace was so relaxing.

However, the transport from airport to hotel was far from convenient. Taxi would cost about 40Euros which was the same as that of going to Roma Centre and there was no direct public transport reachin the hotel. For the ride to airport, the hotel arranged a vechicle for us which cost 18Euros. Taking the transportation cost into account, you may consider booking an airport hotel.

We stayed here based on trip advisor reviews. We wanted a decent hotel near airport as we were meeting friends in the area for dinner. For the price and proximity to the airport, it does the job. However, given the area, I'd probably stay at airport next time. We did visit the Filli restaurant nearby, which was quaint and a nice change from pizza. However, area is very hot in the summer, beach is barely at baja Mexico standards (which isn't good), and nothing to do. The Italian version of the beach bimbo checking us in was fairly useless. Nicest guy was the gentleman at breakfast who provided quick, hot cappuccinos. Bed fine. Aircon worked. Best room has the terrace, which we had. Our kids had room facing the back, which wasn't so pleasant. Whatever spritz or scent they use throughout the hotel is overpowering and not appealing.
