We stayed here for one night as we had an early flight the next day. When we arrived the staff were very welcoming , but our room wasn't quite ready so we had a excellent meal in the restaurant downstairs. Our room was bright , clean, and very spacious . Despite the nearness to the airport, it was very quiet at night and we slept well. Breakfast however was very disappointing.the coffee machine wasn't working and we were served with two stone cold cups of coffee and no attempt from the waitress to rectify this or even apologize. She also didn't seem to know how to use the toaster so our breakfast was very limited. We would not stay here again as we felt it was not good value for money

My wife and I decided to stay overnight near Fiumicino Airport as we had an early flight to New York. We could have stayed at one of the Hotels at the airport but decided to stay at AgriSesto following the many positive reviews on Tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. AgriSesto gave us the most wonderful stay and a true Italian experience. We were warmly greeted on our arrival and shown to our room. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We had views over the neighbouring farm and fields. AgriSesto also has a fantastic restaurant which I couldn't recommend highly enough. The service and food was excellent. The restaurant has a rustic charm and ambiance. The breakfast was basic but adequate. AgriSesto also provides a shuttle service to Fiumicino Airport and to Rome also. We found all the staff be extremely helpful and polite. Overall, our stay at AgriSesto was a very enjoyable one and I would highly recommend this B&B.

This is a really cool farm close to the airport & also home to one of the top restaurants in the area. The rooms are clean, neat & comformable. The staff is top notch & welcoming. They even arranged transportion to the airport at 4:00 AM in the morning. I can not tell you how good the restaurant is.....you have to try it to know but you won't be disappointed! The farm animals are a joy to watch.

I think the reviews for this B&B (especially on the italian trip advisor) have been inflated by the restaurant reviews. The restaurant is good, and it was the ONLY pro to our stay at Agrisesto.

Everywhere you turn in this hotel you find the awkward disclaimer "Remember you are staying at a House with B&B facilities and NOT a hotel". I don't know what this is meant to excuse since I have stayed at B&Bs that have been charming and welcoming, and far superior to 4 and 5 star hotels. But by the end of our stay I realised that this strange warning masks a management that is quite good at running a restaurant but should steer clear of other forms of hospitality.

Our room (the superior one) had been renovated in a modern style, which is the reason we booked, as it looked nice in the pics, but upon arrival we discovered that there's not much beyond the self-described 'shabby chic' look. I'm fussy about linens and these were terrible. No mattress cover, so nothing but a thin, low quality linen to separate you from a noisy and scratchy mattress. No bath mat. No place to hang a towel or clothes in the bathroom. A half used role of toilet paper. Bumpy foam pillows. And on and on.

Our dinner at the restaurant, although on the pricey side, was quite good so we didn't even mind the price. I was therefore looking forward to breakfast. Oh my, was I disappointed! Three old cakes, one with a fly included, a cold cappuccino, and that's that.

I had also booked the hotel because we have a small child and the website says the place also boasts stables and horses. I found the animal part of it quite run down, and definitely not worth more than a couple minutes of your time.

For this price I'm sure you can find better options near the airport, B&Bs or Hotels!

You might have to pay for a cab but somethings are worth the effort. You can save money and stay in a room by the airport but all you will get is a room. Big deal. This B&B gave us the most wonderful last day,an Italian experience. We were greeted with hospitality that I had not experienced at other places we stayed in. The Receptionist was absolutely the best. She got us great rooms, gave us a tour of the fantastic restaurant and made sure that we had a great time. The food and wine was really good and at the end the waiter brought us a complimentary lemon Chiello. Bellisimo..The Receptionist called at our table regularly to make sure we were happy with everything She went above and beyond the call of duty. As we had an early flight the next morning trays where prepared for us so we did not leave hungry. We were introduced to the owner and what a character he is.This place is the best and I would give it 10 out of 10. A must for the weary traveller.

The hotel is not expensive and the pictures are nice. However, if you need a taxi, you will pay 25-30 euros from the Airport to the Hotel and 25-30 euros to come back. In other words, it is better to stay in a hotel more expensive, but closer to the airport.

Gentile Cliente,

Nice place with newly decorated rooms, but very old bathrooms, with malfunctioning showers...

The bed is nice and comfortable and there is free wifi and coffee. By car it is close to the airport, but by public transport connections are very bad.

There is a restaurant in the B&B but personally I would not recommend eating there: they have a strange method of pricing (per 100 grams and you don't know the weight they will give you: so you also don't know the price in advance... Strange!!) and the quality is so so.
