Had the good fortune to stay earlier this month with my husband and grand-daughter. Rooms comfy, well appointed and immaculate; staff gracious and very helpful; breakfast excellent. Plan to stay here next time I am flying out of FCO. Grazie and buon anno to the staff!!!

Walk to and from the terminal on lenghty people movers. A nice staff. Very conventional rooms. Older bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Clean. Quiet due to noise blocking windows.Great buffet breakfast ( cost 20 EUROS but worth it) and surprisingly good food in restaurant.

This hotel is very nice! Great location, the food in the restaurant is good, and the service is great. It's very close to the airport and very easy to find with public transportation (there is a stop for it on the public train) After living on a student's budget in Italy for four months, this hotel seemed like a mansion!

We probably stay in this hotel about five times a year. It's a fantastic option for when you have an early morning flight out of FCO as it's connected to the airport and you can walk right from the hotel into the terminal. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, and a decent size with nice plush beds and pillows. Nice shower and bathroom as well.

Some of the hallways smell of smoke even if you request a non smoking room since some floors have a mix of smoking and non-smoking rooms. I always request a room on a non-smoking floor and there is no smoke smell. The breakfast selection is huge and was very good... we've only had it once because it was included in the room rate. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

My one big complaint with this hotel is that the price for the internet is outrageous. There is no reason to have the price that high (22 EUR) when the prices for the hotel are already a little expensive. To me it's just taking advantage of people. Otherwise I would give the hotel 5 stars.

Like almost everyone else, I stayed for one night after a business trip to Rome and an early flight to the US the next day.

The hotel is in a great location, which you can walk to from the airport. It is a long walk however and there is a shuttle if you need it. Some of the moving walkways (I’d estimate at least 30% were out of action, which is good for Italy!)

This hotel has a lot of aircrew, which in itself speaks volumes for the location.

Check-in was quick and efficient and my room was easy to find. The room itself was clean but not particularly modern or contemporary, atypical for Italian hotels but I guess it is up to usual US standards.

Only negatives I can think of are the price of everything, room, food, internet etc. are all at a premium price, which I guess is what you would expect given the location and lack of competitors. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was fine, apart from a billing error that I had to fix at checkout.

One thing not related to the hotel is the new international terminal that requires you to take an internal transfer bus and also submit to extra screening. Leave extra time as it is inefficient.

Stayed one night because of my flight which was next day. The hotel serves it's purpose, nothing special. Clean room, proffesional staff...however i was hughely dissapointed with the food i ate as it was bellow standards. Overal, it's a nice hotel to stay for the night, but next time i'll probably try somewhere else.

Last stayed her pre cruise in 1997. New stay pre cruise 11- 2012. Found the hotel to be exceptionally clean. Bar area was under renovation so this was a slight hassle. Room was decent size and high floor. Did not notice noise from airport.
Desk personnel personable and helpful.
TIP: hotel is connected to airport by covered walkway but it is a long walk with luggage. Suggest you take their shuttle bus.
