I love this hotel. We have stayed twice in the past 3 years on our way out of Rome. The beds are the most comfortable hotel beds in which I have ever slept. He staff if great and highly responsive. The breakfast is perfect before getting on a long flight. I wish I could stay there more often.

terrific hotel clean quite and relaxing perfect for stays Food was good nice bar and very clean,close to the airport.Staff I would recommend this hotel and will stay there on a return trip to Italywere great.

A great spot for overnight before or after your flight, a bit of a distance, E20 by taxi from the airport, or free if you get the hotel bus (which we didn't quite figure out). A pretty good rate, plus I used by Hilton points, making it a very good deal, seamless checkin and checkout, an oasis of comfort. We chose the E6 continental breakfast which suited us fine, over the E10 buffet. Would definitely stay again.

Shuttle bus ride to and from the hotel and FCO makes frequent stops. Allow enough time to get to and from; at least 15 minutes. Very limited access to local restaurants; either at the hotel or FCO. Very convenient to FCO and is used by most airline crews for overnight stays.

The hotel was gorgeous from the lobby to the guest rooms. We opted to add the breakfast buffet and are glad we did! The food was divine and some of the best on our entire European vacation - nothing to sneeze at.

Headed for the other Hilton airport hotel before i found, with difficulty, the right one. Shuttle information was very inadequate. So I had to grab a taxi -15 euros for a few minutes drive. But once at the Garden Hilton, all was forgotten.Smooth checking-in, nice sized room and bathroom, efficient business center, at a moderate Priceline fee.
Enjoyed the scampi risotto that evening at the restaurant and an outstanding tiramisu, although the chianti was a little pricey. Excellent, generous breakfast with eggs cooked to order. And finally the shuttle appeared to bring me to my flight. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Room Tip: Very agreable quiet room. Be sure to inquire about the shuttle before you take it to go to the Hotel...

Had 1 night here prior to leaving for Dubai. The shuttle is fairly difficult to find and not that obvious that it goes to the hotel. Has parking areas on it and just 1 small sign for Hilton garden. We almost didn't get on and when we did it was crowded with no free seats. We had to stand with our luggage in the aisles and the driver then proceeded to drive as if he was in a formula 1 race. We were flung from side to side, not much fun when you are in your mid 60s! and trying to stop your cases from falling over. You think you are missing the hotel as you keep seeing it because of the winding route. It is the last stop and leaves every 12 minutes or so.

Hotel is a standard class Hilton with perfunctory check in at best. He was not very helpful and din't even greet us. Handed us the card key and didn't bother to even tell us our room number, what floor we were on and where the elevators were. We weren't advised about wifi code either but had to work it for ourselves. Worst check in of our whole 6 week trip.

The vertical key card was dreadful needed at least 20 swipes to make it work. In the end we had to go back to reception and they re jigged it but still needed 12 goes. Even the cleaner couldn't get it to work properly.

Room was comfortable with good soundproofing, tea and coffee making facilities, comfortable bed and reasonable bathroom. It was very clean. On site in the hotel is a laundry with a washer and dryer and we used this and also the 2 irons & ironing board. There is nothing else to do in the area so a good opportunity to catch up on the washing. Could do with better instructions in English however on how to use the appliances. There are also ice machines and shoe shines on each floor.

The staff in the restaurant were really excellent and a credit to this hotel (need to put them on front desk!) the food was good and we felt reasonably priced, There is also a small pantry where frozen meals can be purchased and a microwave to heat them and then eaten in room if one wishes. A good idea.

We had a comfortable stay and would stay here again. A bit more PR training for front desk staff needed. The initial reception is very important as a guests whole perception of the hotel can be formed at the time of the initial greeting at the reception counter.
