“A cool place to wait for your flight”

We stayed at this hotel the night before a morning flight. After spending 11 days in Italy's summer heat, the cool modern lobby that greeted us was a welcome respite. Our family room (two rooms with 1 1/2 baths) was delightful and cool. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive without overdoing it. Best of all - and I don't know how they did this - this hotel is QUIET QUIET QUIET! You don't even hear the airplanes! It's out in the middle of nowhere, so it was helpful to have a good restaurant downstairs. A great way to wind down before our trip home.

Everything seems difficult at the hilton garden inn. The standard reply to any enquiries is 'no'. The reception is always packed, it took me, and those I've watched checking in from the large open space lounge/restaurant/shop/reception, about an hour to get the key to the standard, but clean room. If you want to enjoy lunch in the hotel, you better order at breakfast, on girl on duty, no matter how good she is, is not enough for the available 100 or so seats. There is nothing around the hotel, so it does make sense to hike up the prices for everything to make extras, and thats exactly what is done here. Give this place a miss. The Hilton name is not served justice here.

Stayed one night on a stopover, facilities great, very quiet, staff friendly but the pasta cabonara in the restaurant tasted like glue. We had spent a week in Rome the week before so had good experience to compare to. Despite a guarantee in the room that 'we will do whatever it takes to ensure you are satisfied or you don't pay. You can count on us. GUARANTEED' - we still had to pay full price for a poor meal.

Great hotel with great staff. Rooms are nice and the a/c works just great. Check in was a snap but check out was a little slow. They had 1 person working the counter until two guys came out from the back office and looked surprised to see so many people standing there waiting to check out or in. Restaurant was very good with varied menu. They use the airport shuttle bus for service to and from the airport and they get hot when crowed but are free. Great place to stay...

Very good hotel to stay the night before flying home. Issue with not finding the shuttle service from the airport to hotel so ended up getting a taxi, but that was the only issue. Look for the yellow airport bus! Breakfast good although coffee from a machine isn't what I expect in Italy & the cappacino from the machine was not good. Rest of breakfast, dinner, room, service, staff was very good. I'd stay here again for sure.

I love this hotel. We have stayed twice in the past 3 years on our way out of Rome. The beds are the most comfortable hotel beds in which I have ever slept. He staff if great and highly responsive. The breakfast is perfect before getting on a long flight. I wish I could stay there more often.

terrific hotel clean quite and relaxing perfect for stays Food was good nice bar and very clean,close to the airport.Staff I would recommend this hotel and will stay there on a return trip to Italywere great.
