It is such a shame that a centrally located apres-ski bar, with good food, drinks and music, is poorly managed by an inconsiderate, abusive and often aggressive owner, who too often is offensive to its guests.
Such a missed opportunity in Madesimo, where there is a lack of trendy competitors.
Head to La Stua instead for aperitifs, appetisers, drinks and apres-ski atmosphere.

Great bar, with wonderful owner, staff, decor, atmosphere and music. The beer (and free food they keep bringing to your table) is of excellent quality! Best bar in Madesimo and difficult not to keep returning once you try. Please don't take the large table near the entrance, it's ours! ;)

This new winebar in the center of Madesimo serve great wines and drinks in a modern setting. You get a lot of small appetizers togehter with the drinks and they are so good. It is also great to sit down and see all welldressed italians taking their apero.

The atmosphere in Bollicine is always good. In Italy it seems as though whenever you get a drink, you get a small selection of Italian food which, in Bollicine, are superb. A few beers and a few plates of complementary snacks are always very welcome at the end of a days skiing.

We used Bollicine often during our stay in Madesimo. Some nights were quite, some were loud and bubbly and we also went in when Milan were playing and that too was a good experience.

If you go to Madesimo, you've got to go to Bollicine.

Great wine, great service, great antipasti.

Some people would go here and baulk at the cost of a bottle Champagne, but why buy that rubbish when you can have excellent Italian Prosecco for half the price.

Glass of prosecco / wine is about 5 euros, we had a bottle of prosecco for about 35 euros but the quality was worth it.

When you consider the quantity and quality of the antipasti provided which each glass of wine the value is actually pretty decent. The owner's family is a key producer of bresola, salami and other dry cured meats and his not shy about showing them off.
