“Really nice place!”
Reviewed 6 July 2014

Husband and I drove down to San Vito -- needed a place to stay. All the hotels were booked. Stefano, manager of Sun Garden, offered us the only room available. Very small, but clean, so we took it. It was perfect! Stefano, who spoke perfect English, his wife, and the staff there were so accomodating to us! Helped us find restaurant to eat, bikes to rent, great and friendly couple! Breakfast good!
Great location close to the beautiful beach. We'll be back!

Really nice clean hotel run by american / canadian couple - nice room and bathroom - couple who run it are very friendly and helpful if needed - the breakfast is amazing - always fresh - nice breakfast area outside in a courtyard - best breakfast ive had in europe id say while travelling - 3 or 4 blocks to the beach and less than 5 to area with all the restaurants and there is a few 4 blocks away - if your going to this part of italy would recommend this hotel - may go again - we were able to have a shower at 5pm before our late flight which was great -

San Vito is a seaside resort. The Sun Garden is a seaside hotel. When I am at the seaside I need my hotel to be unstuffy, cool and relaxed. Apart from being all of that it was warm and friendly. In that respect it certainly fulfilled all my requirements...and then some. The owners, Maria and Cris, could not do enough to help, both by mail before arrival and throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent, served on a cool, light patio. I was made to feel not only welcome here but quite at home actually. Due to poor weather I had to miss some of the sights close to San Vito like Erice and Segesta. However, I will be going to those places during future trips to Sicily and I will most certainly stay at the Sun Garden in San Vito.

I just came from San Vito and I stayed 4 nights and I loved the Hotel and town.
The little Hotel is very clean, comfortable, and make you feeling at home. The owners were always smiling and helpfully.
The breakfast is a very rich with a nice and fresh croissants etc.
The beach is very close, and you don't need to use a car to go to the centre, the town is very small and from Hotel you can walk to appreciate every little place.
There are so many restaurant and small shop, and liked the Perrone Ceramiche Souvenir, everything made by hand and is very close to the church.
For sure I will back to this Hotel.

I stayed there for 3 nights with a spouse, hoping for a superior experience of beach and relaxing holidays. What we found was a dark room in an appendix building with a public place (corridor) working as our terrace. The room was also quite small and had no space to move around despite having the amenities needed (a big wardrobe, perfect A/C etc). I also noted that the owner, Maria, was extremely cautious about cleansiness, on the first day showing me to a place near the entrance to wash off the sand from the beach (explaining that sand would damage the pipes). I did not expect this in a hotel that charges over EUR 100 per night, which is a total ripoff for a place like this. Nevertheless, I have to note that everyone was very friendly and helpful and breakfasts were excellent.

This fantastic little family-run hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay at San Vito. The rooms are roomy, clean and comfortable. The owners are friendly and very helpful. The location is close to a great beach and you'll get a discount for the nearby beach chaise lounge and umbrella rental. This hotel is a short walk from the main strip at San Vito and there are plenty of fine places to eat all over. You'll be very satisfied with their morning breakfast selection and then enjoy the town and the sun.

The little hotel is newly furnished and decorated, very clean, with a very very rich breakfast.
Short walk to the beach, English speaking friendly - the qwner is actually an American lady :) The only downside was that it's a bit noisy.
