“A Gem!”
Reviewed 11 July 2012

We were greeted by Nuria (of the perfect English!) who explained that she could conduct a tour for us "right now" and it would be €7 each including tasting. We'd never done a wine tour and I was surprised at how interesting it was. Our guide explained that the business was family run and she was so passionate that we thought, wrongly, that she must be part of the family. The tasting was actually a couple of small glasses of delicious wine (as opposed to having the bottom of the glass wetted) with wine infused goat's cheese and wine infused jams. All utterly delicious. We enjoyed this sitting on the serene terrace, just enjoying the silence. I think this was worth much more than €7! I would definitely go back next time for some lunch, but I’d take a taxi and fully enjoy the produce!

“Lovely way to spend a couple of hours”
Reviewed 6 July 2012

We went here as it was advertised in the little tourist book we were given by the hire car people. Also, as the evenings were long, it was a nice distraction for a couple of hours - however, we didn't actually do the tour as the booklet stated it charged 7euros per person and having been on several wine tours, we didn't feel the need to. However, I noticed another review said they were not charged, so not really sure.
I tried all 3 red wines (my husband was driving so only had one and a sip of the others!) and found them all lovely. Also, we tried some of the nibbles - they were just changing the menu over so we were offered some chicken croquettes! They were not at all what we expected - beautiful little balls of chicken and cheese lightly fried - lovely with the syrah jam.
Would definitely go back.

“Interesting tour, very nice wine”
Reviewed 9 June 2012

We did the tasting and tour, which was interesting, and then bought some wine and jam. The tour was free of charge and there was no pressure to buy, although after tasting the wine I was more than happy to! Staff clearly very passionate about their products and very friendly. The Syrah was my favourite!
