          Excellent and unique boutique B & B with very high service and quality

          The B & B Pacific View has a wonderful view over the Whangamata town and beach. The House and the rooms are very modern, comfortable and are decorated very lovely. The overall standard is absolutely very high. Kathryn & Peter are the best hosts that you can imagine. We had a perfect stay in the B & B. The breakfast was also absolutely perfect with a lot of choices. We felt like at home and become friends with Kathryn & Peter. We will recommend the Pacific View B & B to everyone, who prefers high service and quality, lovely details in a room and a warm personal contact to the hosts.
          Thanks again to Kathryn & Peter for the very good hospitality, for the traveling advices and for the Music CD with the whispering bird sounds.
          We hope that we can come back!

          A stunning house, a magnificent room.

          We came across Pacific View as we travelled around the North Island, after cancelling our much planned Southern Island trip because of the Christchurch earthquake. And how happy to find this beautiful spot and enjoy the fine hospitality of Kathryn and Peter. Being B&B proprietors ourselves we knew exactly what we hoped for - and Pacific View delivered in excess. A beautifully appointed room with fantastic views, an ample and tasty breakfast and of course the scintilating conversation, with privacy respected. We unfortunately could only stay one night but would thoroughly recommend for any length of time you have available, providing you can get a booking!

          What a great house

          Peter & Kathryn have a beautiful home with a stunning view of town. The room was very comfortable and complete with homemade cookies, which did not last long. The WI-FI worked like a champ. Breakfast was great. The homemade muesli was excellent. Our only regret was not spending more time with Peter and Kathryn and enjoying their great house.

          Thank you so much for your review and we're glad you loved our Meusli. Since your visit I have shared my secret Recipe with the lovely B&B you stayed with in Blenheim. Your visit was so short I was sorry we didn't have the time to really spoil you so we do hope you'll return to the Coromandel Peninsula again one day and when you do make sure you come and stay longer with us at Pacific View B&B.           Nowhere better in Whangamata

          This was our first visit to Whangamata and chose this place for its location and reviews. We were not disappointed and will return.

          We had the Super King room which has a very comfy bed and all the amenities you could want with high-quality furnishings and a well-appointed bathroom. Greeted by warm hosts and an excellent cooked breakfast (catered to your preference) each morning started the day well. Great coffee too :)

          Sat at the highest point of Whangamata, the views from the balconies stretch far and are great to soak up the sunrise and sunset. We found that the owners, Kathryn and Peter, are aiming high and achieving it with ease. This is a place worth staying whenever.

          Pacific View - A first class Bed and Breakfast experience
