Design hotel located in the best area of Favignana Island, between, Cala Rossa and the playa... Room clean and confortable, large bathroom, wi-fi on payment basis (negative!). This is the best glamour hotel in Favignana but probably overpriced as everithings in the Island!

This hotel is not only one of the most original and beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in but also the one that went beyond the call of duty by the greatest margin.
The pictures I have attached will demonstrate what I mean by original and beautiful but I must explain about the service we received when staying here.
A long story short, at 2am one night I required emergency assistance from the hotel manager Livio, and instead of simply making a phone call or putting me onto someone else, he immediately left his desk and shut the reception area and helped me for the next 3-4hrs until the issue was at last resolved, thankfully.
I am forever grateful to Livio and the other people who helped out that night. They all went so far beyond what you might ever expect from hotel staff, even in an emergency situation.
Thank you Livio.

This is a very unusual hotel set in a disused tufa quarry very modern and very relaxing a little isolated but the hotel offered a free shuttle into town and you could hire bicycles or mopeds
The food was excellent at breakfast there was a very good choice and the evening meal was always interesting, the hotel gardens were very well maintained with interesting plants
Our room was spacious and always very clean the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool and 4 hot tubs
Favignana is a beautiful island and the town is an interesting place to visit.
On our travels in Sicily this is the most interesting and tranquil hotel we have stayed at

We stayed 3 nights, and were left with very strange impressions of it.
The room was clean and nice although small, the hotel itself was modern and clean but it had somewhat cold atmosphere about it.
While reception staff was nice and helpful, I could not shake of a bitter aftertaste from encounters at the hotel's restaurant.
When one of the restaurant managers walks away from you before you had a chance to complete your order, interrupting you by waving in front of your nose a rejecting gesture and saying "No Inglese!", bringing food you didn't order and then turning back to "No Inglese!" trick, it leaves you slightly humiliated,That's not a treatment for a woman at the 4 starts hotel.
Same person was smiling and greeting his Italian guests individually 2 minutes later.
I almost understand how some hotels prefer to open their doors to Italian guests only, and that's fine.
But once you let non-Italian guests into your hotel, please do behave.
I have been in several situations at other hotels and restaurants in Italy when the staff didn't speak English, but it's never been a problem It takes only some goodwill to understand another person who doesn't speak your language.

Ah! Have to confess that is one of the most inspiring stays we had in an hotel together with the family. First, Favignana is an outstanding and beautiful island located in front of Trapani easily reachable with a high-speed ferry in about 20 mn.
The sea is almost astonishing and in some beaches it looms like to be in the caribbean.
The you have this great, quiet and modern hotel built inside a ex tuff mine that during sunset time becomes a magic place.
Rooms are basic (we had a Triple Standard Room) but of good quality.
Then you have the restaurant if you have chosen the option to have dinner at the hotel. Excellent! As far as we are concerned one of the best food we had in Sicily during our trip of 15 days.
Bit expensive but it worth it all. Absolutely to try if you happen to be around.

We had 3 nights here and really enjoyed it. The breakfast is good, the pool is lovely and the setting is really unusual. It is very remote so you need a car and from there it's a short drive to the lovely local beaches. The town/port is also close and we had 2 fun evenings out there trying local food. The Shuttle bus from the hotel is a good servce but get booked in! The whole design of the hotel is different and our superior room was large, clean and modern with large windows. Worth paying a bit more. It is very relaxed here so if you're looking for a busy, lively bar then probably not the right hotel but we found the staff very helpful and think this place is nice for a few days relaxing and as a base for exploring the island.

We loved this place, so much so that we decided to get married there :)

The island is amazing, the food, wine, sea and sunshine are all perfect and it really just feels like you are a million miles away from the rush of daily life.

We were there in mid May and had the BEST time. The church in the town was perfect and the food, drinks, dancing at cave bianche was spot on.

The hotel is approx 3.5km from the centre of town and maybe 1km from the beach, has a great pool and it is super easy to either cycle or grab a taxi into town. You can drive and we actually did because of the wedding but it is entirely unnecessary and there are few cars on the island.

The staff could not have been more helpful, their English was pretty flawless and they really did everything they could to make our day truly special.

We will be back without a doubt. It was the 3rd/4th time we have been to the island and we have fallen in love with the place - hence the wedding I guess ;)

The rooms are sympathetically designed and made from the stone which has been carved out of the earth to form the quarry, they are lovely rooms which you can see online though clearly a rustic style and not opulent which would clearly not fit the surroundings. Lovely and perfect in our opinion.

The food for our wedding meal was waaaaay better than we had expected, some of our guests actually thought the antipasti was the meal...only to be followed by 4 beautiful courses.

Enjoy - couldn't recommend highly enough

Room Tip: The superior rooms are definitely worth the extra - I cant remember our room number but there are tw...
