We stayed here in early September and it was a delightful experience. The way it is run appears to be very relaxed and easy going, but they achieve such high standards in the kitchen. The food is sublime - the aubergine starter and the other antipasti misti, the sardine pasta and the vongole pasta all to die for. I doubt we will ever taste better. The melons sit in a wheelbarrow and are served to perfection. Life's greatest pleasures - fresh, quality ingredients served in a lovely countryside venue by such a friendly, helpful, happy and hard-working team who really know how to cook and look after you.
They had bikes and we cycled for miles exploring the island - it is very flat. It was a memorable and joyful few days and the highlight of our stay in Sicily.
