Ginevra, Gabriella, Nicola, Bartolo, and all the staff went over and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

They provide an experience that is uniquely Sicilian and a great mix of luxury and nature.

Ginerva and her husband spoke very good English and where their words failed them, their kindness showed through.

Excellent experience. Must do dinner at least one night here and one night at their sister property.

No complaints, except that we couldn't stay longer.

Arrivederci

This was the second time in Sicily for us. We stayed lots of beautiful and interesting places in Sicily. But Dimora won our heart from the very moment we came in and we welcomed by Ginevra. Although we came early in the morning because of the ferry time she served us breakfast and chatted with us.

I think that Ginevra's real, warm, helpful and very welcoming attitude makes us feel that we are home and makes Dinora some magical and special place. She is so natural. Ilike her so much.

We love breakfasts, just sitting in the garden and relaxing, looking at a stunning view everyday, watching sunset, drinking good wines and eating some delicious snakcs before the dinner, mediterranean style, decoration, architecture of the house, rooms, lying under the millions of stars at night, trying to speak in English with Barth and his delicious scrambled eggs and coffee every morning, breathing with lots of trees, the cats, and their other hotel and restaurant and ofcourse Francesca... This list goes on.

When we were leaving Ginevra gave us their speacial organic honey which I liked and ate every morning in Dinora. And nowadays still eating and remembering all good memories in Dinora and Favignana.

We will be looking forward to stay in Dimora soon.

Thank you for everything again.

Short word to say how special our stay was with the team at Dimora. The resort it self is very beautiful and has an incredible vibe and feeling to it. Our room was perfect, and we almost didn't want to leave it each morning (Timo Room). Breakfast is simple, but delicious and food and wine were even better. Above all the staff make this place special...no question! Thank you to you all for a very memorable few days. We hope to be back soon.

The most difficult part of our stay was finding Dimora. After struggling with that, we arrived tired and temperamental. Francesca worked her magic on us, and, in 15 minutes, we were content to be staying indefinitely. The wine and appetizers together with her warm and caring treatment made us feel very welcome. We stayed in Ficondina. The room was lovely with a large soaking tub and plenty of room. The shower was outside in our private courtyard, a wonderful experience. The second night, we had dinner there. The food and wines were excellent, so representative of that region. During our stay, Francesca arranged for a tour of the tuna factory, a private boat trip on Father's Day with an English speaking skipper who happened to be a wonderful cook. I learned to make pasta with Bottarga! She also arranged for us to eat at two lovely restaurants with very hard to get tables.
I have never been made to feel so welcome and felt so relaxed as at Dimora dell'Olivastra.

Room tip: The two largest rooms are the view rooms.

Where do I even start! My partner and I had such a wonderful stay here, Fabio, Ginevra, Francesca & all the staff made us feel so welcomed and everyone was extremely helpful! The meals we shared with other guests at the B&B were some of the best we had in our month long tour of Europe and the accommodation itself is absolutely breath taking.

We cannot wait to return to this wonderful place, we were so sad to leave. Thank you again Fabio, Ginevra & Francesca for making our stay so special and wonderful!
