My wife and I stayed at Casa De Las Estrellas from March 2014 through to middle of May 2014. The villa is set in a beautiful location near Bar Ortega, close to the towns of Benamargosa and Riogordo. The views across the valley are breathtaking with the usual trees of Olives, lemon and orange trees. The villa is equipped with all necessary mod cons, including internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the "white goods" needed to help you enjoy your stay. A 4x4 is more useful than a standard car due to the steep incline that takes you up to the villa. The pool is spotless, clean and well maintained on a regular weekly basis. I thoroughly recommend this villa to others wanting a vacation in a peaceful and tranquil location.
The villa is gorgeous and is fully stocked with appliances. However, it lies on the valley side and although the views are amazing, the road in and out can get a bit monotonous. Benamagosa is a better village than Riogordo for bars, tapas and shops but you can't beat Camares for atmosphere. The scenery here is breath taking but the tiny roads are very steep so not suitable for wheelchair users. The bars and tapas are good too! Miramar restaurant in Camares does superb fish and the owner speaks a bit of English. The leg of lamb at Bar Ortega, just around the corner is to die for! Give twenty four hours notice of you want to try it. We had an easy days drive to Nerja and there is an Eroski (hypermarket) at Velez Malaga, about forty minutes drive away. Altogether a brilliant time was had by all. Totally de-stressed and I can fully recommend this villa.

From the first message sent regarding this villa booking, all has ran perfectly smooth. we received concise and clear details how to find the villa, arrive after midnight, directions first class. The pictures do not do this villa justice...it is beautiful inside and out. so clean and smelling lovely. All bedrooms and bathrooms fully equipped and again spotlessly clean, kitchen fully equipped too. Outside the terraces go all round the villa, there are sunny spots and shady areas. The pool was just divine, again so clean it looked like new. the drive up to the villa was a bit dodgy due to recent rainfall, but the local guy was due to come with his JCB and scrape it level again. The views from the terraces are breathtaking, hills, mountains and valleys abound, you can even see the sea. The area is full of Olive , Almond and Advacardo trees and this gives a lot of green to the region. Riogordo is a small whitewashed town where we tended to shop, local produce and a small supermarket provide all you need. We travelled to Granada about 120km away, worth a visit, as is Malaga. All in all a fantastic holiday villa and well worth it for a relaxing peaceful holiday.
