My boyfriend and myself stayed here this week for 2nights on the living social deal.
We arrived on Wednesday afternoon and were quickly showed to our room which was very comfortable and spacious.
That evening our table was booked for 1930 in the restaurant. When we ventured downstairs we were told we could not be seated yet but to get a drink and relax. We had our glasses of Kentish fizz from the deal while we were waiting and sat outside.
While we were waiting one of the gentlemen came out and took our order. They had sold out of the fish off the living social menu but were told we could have anything we wanted off the main menu as a substitute.
Our meal was excellent and so was the service. We were so stuffed when it came to dessert but asked if we could take it to our room. This was done with nothing seeming like it was too trouble.
Jonathan and Tom served us that evening and were extremely helpful.

Breakfast on both mornings was lovely as well with them allowing us to have the eggs Benedict instead of the full English stipulated by the deal.

We ventured to the spa at the sister hotel for a couple of hours. I found the spa to be far from luxurious and very uninviting. We didnt have any treatment but just used the facilities. I would not recommended, especially if you have to pay.

TheLiving Social deal was of excellent value and is highly recommended.

The rest of our stay was just as enjoyable with the friendly staff being an asset. A lovely relaxing break which was much needed.

Room Tip: We had room 3 which was very spacious but probably not ideal if you are a light sleeper, with a lot...

We stayed here for one might before catching ferry to France.
The cost and standard of he accommodation was excellent, comfortable room, well equipped, fluffy towels etc,no complaints at all.
We dined twice - dinner followed by breakfast.
Dinner was OK, the fish and chips was spoiled by thick underdone batter, but the fish itself was well cooked and tasted great, but the desserts were wonderful.
Breakfast was a disappointment - it would have been nice to have fresh juice rather than processed, and a crusty roll would have complemented the selection of cheese and cold meat, cooked breakfast was extra, but this in itself was no problem as there was a wide choice of buffet available, again warm croissants would have made a positive difference.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff are really helpful and accommodating. Excellent value for money. If you fancy a dip in the pool or jacuzzi you could go to its sister hotel which is just 3 minutes away by car. The staff there are equally as nice too! The food served at The Bays Restaurant are really appetizing and lovely. Would definitely stay here again when in Dover

I enjoyed my stay at the white cliffs hotel and I found the staff very helpful especially the gentleman who appeared to be the manager. The rooms are good for the price considering the location to the Dover ferry terminal. I have to rate the food as ok because the steak I asked for was overcooked and also the chips were not cooked fully even though they put emphasis on them being proper chips. I did also find it strange that everything on the plate, even at breakfast, was seasoned with salt and pepper. I would have preferred to do have done this myself. Overall a great stay. I will only rate the sleep quality as poor as the fire alarm went off at 6AM!.

We needed a room last minute and we were lucky that White Cliffs Hotel had a cancellation & could accommodate us. What a find! Bright & clean room, fresh coastal décor, helpful & friendly staff, lovely little bar in the main building, delicious breakfast... The ambience was exactly what we were hoping for. Very good value. We hope to be back someday.

Good place to stay. Close to Dover but in a nice small town. We had a family room, great concept large enough to sleep 2 adults and 2 kids. Restaurant was nice as well great food and decent wines. Good place if you want to stay close to Dover.

Stayed here this weekend for just one night for a last minute escape to the sea.
We drive down & did Dover Castle (amazing) then nipped down the road just 10 mins drive to the tranquility of St Margaret's. Warm welcome, clean nice room (great quality toiletries) & an appealing ethos. Only reason the room didn't get a 5 is the lack of bulb in a lamp & the rather random placement of the shaving light : ie not near the mirror!
Ate in the hotels restaurant that evening : very good, fresh food & brilliant service.
We really enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend the hotel.
