We stayed four nights in the king-size room en-suite on the ground floor. The room is clean, spacious and well-decorated in a traditional style. The bathroom is large, with both a shower and a bath tub. The rooms are not the best feature of this B&B though. The hosts are superb, being as friendly and helpful it can get but without crossing the line. Breakfast is so good it cannot be faulted in any way, both in quality and quantity. Pauline even offered us freshly-baked muffins and scones in the afternoon when we came back from our trips: how delicious!
The location is great. Just a few minutes drive from Dover and Deal, and even closer to the sea. For dinner the Smugglers offered a good meal and it is only a few minutes walk away.
Our stay was so good we didn't want to go back home!More
