This has to be one of the best English small-town churches I've been in. Externally the relatively-large church is quite striking and completely dominates this village-sized town, set in a lovely square churchyard right in the town centre. Once inside though, it was much more impressive than I'd expected - initially it was the mediaeval tombs that caught my eye and then the beautiful stained-glass windows. The windows are fairly modern (less than 100 years old), but they are still on a par with some cathedral windows I've seen - great craftmanship and colours. If you are visiting the town or even touring the area, do not miss it!

Very gorgeous little church. We also loved walking around it, there are some ruined walls on the outside. Well worth a visit.
