We went 17th June, for a little wonder , wanted some nice photo's of my son on his 1st birthday, and hadn't been here before so we visited.
Was windy on this day at the beach, park on road, very quiet and peaceful with fields opposite , tall hillverge, and then BEACH. shingle and sand at seaedge.

very nice views, quiet and peaceful, would come back on a not windy day.

fish/seafood shop up the road from here too. and a few caravan sites.

my 4yr old and 1yr old liked collecting stones .

A stretch of unspoiled shingle beach.
Views along the coast in either direction.
If you want somewhere with few people and no amenities this is for you.

On a hot summer day it may be great (although the single ice cream van may struggle). But on a day of mixed weather there is nothing to keep you there.

Parking is free (5 spaces). The only public loo appears to have last been serviced / cleaned by the victorians.

Worth a quick stop for the view and remoteness.

The weather was unseaonably cold for June when we visited. The beach is all shingle so difficult to walk over though there is a track at one side which cyclists used. You have to take pot luck and leave your car on the road. There are no facilities at the beach unless you are at either end.
