This hotel was an awful experience. I stayed for 3 days. The staff were very rude when I requested my room to be cleaned again as it was very dirty and unclean previously. The rooms were also relatively small and not with the money paid for it. The location may be good , however, its not worth returning to. Also, the food had very little variety and you could tell most of it was left-overs.

The complex itself is a 5 minute walk to a wonderful beach area. The rooms (apatments...we had a 2 bed apart) was in my opinion at least 4 star and maybe 4*+. As we were self catering we ate very well and managed to cook almost all we wished although there is no cooker, so you have to be very good with a microwave/cooker/oven. Just 2 hobs doesnt help either!

Bad points for me were that this is predominately.... forget that.... just for Spanish people!!
As this is a holiday resort for the 'Spanish' primarily the knowlwdge of English in the hotel and surrounding areas was very sparse and some of the looks you get from Spanish residents and holiday makers could easily freeze you on the spot!

We did not get to use a lot of the hotel as it was not really open and we were only 2 of around 20 people people staying there for the first week! We loved the quite and peace but as the holiday went on the noise levels from our 2nd floor pool room apartment was 'HORENDOUS'

We went from quiet to having Spainish holiday makers sitting on their terraces jabbering very loudly till sometimes 4am!! Then after a few days the sreaming/laughing from the bar area was unbelievable...till 1am. Whilst they had security patroling you just 'knew' that if you complained it would be 'you' who got it in the neck!!

Due to the building site and structure the sound simply rattles around inside the pool area terraces therefore trebling the noise levels created in that area.

As mentioned the 'area' had not woken up yet so no local bars (except for Pablo's Leon Cybercafe just up the road by the roundabout) but again whilst it was quiet our terrace was great to sit out and look at the stars.

If you are looking for 'friendly' beach side hotel/apart DONT book here! The staff on reception on the first day could not have been nicer... very helpful and polite and spoke English. However, it just went down hill from there and you did start to feel 'in the way' as other guests arrived.

Rooms cleaning and changed twice a week and the room staff were fine.

Oh I nearly forgot...... The 40 channel TV only has SPANISH programmes....not one US/UK channel....no English news or sport or or!! Take your IPad with you as you will need it....WIFI is ok and free.....so good there!!

If you like a noisy boozed up night and have young kids who would appreciate the pools then.... maybe!

NOT FOR THE OLDER GENERATION FOR SURE!! Shame really as the apartment was really good :)

Room Tip: If you do book and want a nights sleep.....insist on a room awa from the pool area..... Take you la...

Actual apartments are good - spacious and clean - not much going on in early April though, no bar, no restaurant......just peace and quiet, which was good too :)

Staff were alright but not that friendly.

Area used mainly by Spanish who did not seem to want to be friendly even though we tried our best. :(

Booked to stay in this hotel for a week, checked out after 2 days. The smell was awful. When you looked over the balcony on the lower floor there was a dead bird old dried up towels and weeds. The whole ground floor was in ruin from the floods, not a great site sitting around the pool. The restaurant is in the depths of the hotel with the nasty smell of toilet waste. Very dark unpleasant with one waitress and for the time we waited i assume she was the cook as well. Had to wait while the receptionists finished their conversation before they dealt with me. I love the area very spanish which is why i picked it but would not recommend this hotel

These apartments are relatively new, and our apartment had the best fitted kitchen of any holiday apartment that I have ever stayed in. There was also a very large balcony with the facility to dry beach towels. We had a lovely view of the swimming pools, and could see the sea beyond them. The maid service is every 3 days, and she kept the apartment very clean. She also changed the bed-linen and towels, but didn't clean the the balcony. Good value for money.

Great location walking distance to the beach, 4 pools, personnel very friendly and helpful. The mattress are not suitable for a long stay (2 weeks), need to be renewed. The bar and pool cafeteria closes too early, it can profit by serving drinks after the kids are gone to sleep.
The garbage room is too far and it is the only place designated for it. It should inform the customers that no Satellite tv is available in the apartments, only in the TV room downstairs.
I might stay again, but will inquire of other places available in the area first.
AC works great, so does all amenities in the apartment.

Room Tip: Avoid the pool area, a bit noisy. Check the mattress.
