OUr MG Group visited the Cinema whilst staying in Geraldine. The movie wasn't that great but the ideal of sitting in the cinema and asking if we would like a blanket to put around out legs and the beauty of the cinema and taking us all back in time really won the night over.

First time we've been in a theatre with sofas! Saw a delightful film about Antarctica. The theatre is aging, but has such great character to it.

Brilliant theatre with a warm country atmosphere. Get a sofa seat upstairs!! The costs are a lot less than big city theatres and it has free car parking... they also show art house movies in addition to main stream flicks!

Got to snuggle up on a couch with a blanket and watch the butler - happy days! Only $10 very reasonably priced, owners are friendly, I loved this.

This was an unexpected surprise. This old theatre has had the front rows of seats removed, and replaced with all manner of old couches and chairs, in varying stages of disrepair. Before the film started, a mirror ball rotated for about a minute, throwing its reflections across the walls and audience. Then the curtains opened and squeaked as they went across. Funny. The actual building could do with some repairs. On the ceiling there are areas of lathe showing where the plaster has fallen off and the paint is peeling. The interior needs some renovating. It certainly was an experience. Very reasonably priced tickets, and an old fashioned intermission half way through the film.
