Wow! This was our second stay at Peppers Broadbeach and it was wonderful. We were in a premium ocean view room on level 33. The view was amazing. A great place for families. Awesome pool and theatrette. The entire resort was spotless. Great location with kids playground and patrolled beach across the road and Pacific Fair not far away for some retail therapy! We have stayed in many resorts in Australia and overseas but Peppers Broadbeach is by far the best. Thank you Peppers - we will be back again next year!

We have recently stayed in Tower 2 at Peppers Broachbeach. The staff are friendly and helpful, the apartments are exquisite and even though we were only on level 5, we still had a nice view of the local area and a little bit of the ocean. Some small negatives: stains on carpet and a small tear in the curtains, no power points in the bathroom, impossible to open balcony door from lounge (we managed to open it on our first day but after that, it wouldn't budge! We could only open the door from the bedroom) and a little bit of noise at night from the restaurants below. Overall, I enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect: close to shops and restaurants, the beach and Jupiters casino. Surfers Paradise was about a 30 min walk from the hotel, a cab ride is probaby only 5 min.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher level room due to noise from local restaurants.

From Angie at front reception to the wonderful house keeping with their pillow menu there is no better sense of a "home away from home" than at Peppers Broadbeach! My only disappointment is that I spent so much time on the Gold Coast in other properties and discovered Peppers by accident just last year when a client booked me in~ To Craig and your team, your efforts are broadcast to audiences when I speak and I wish you all continued success. See you next month!

Room Tip: Tower 1 will have you waking up to the sunrise over the Pacific Ocean after a night of listening to...

I have just returned from an overnight stay at Peppers Broadbeach for my 30th birthday celebration and have to say that it was one of the best hotel experiences of my life - beautiful apartment with the most amazing views and the best customer service that I have come across.
Our first impressions of the staff were that they were so helpful, friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. When we walked through the door of our 2 bed ocean view apartment we were met with balloons, champagne, party poppers, happy birthday playing on the sound system as well as a thoughtful birthday card that the WHOLE peppers front desk staff had signed with personal messages. I was so blown away that they would go to the effort and provide so much attention to detail. It made the celebration so special and really began our stay on a high note.
It is definitely worth spending the extra money to get the ocean view! Our room was on the 32nd floor with views up and down the coast from our wrap around balcony.
Our stay at Peppers Broad Beach was certainly a memorable one and both my friend and I will definitely be returning with our husbands and kids in the future. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Room Tip: Pay extra for the ocean view and request a higher floor!

Originally I booked a one bedroom, but in a rare change of heart, decided to ring back and upgrade to a ocean view as a treat. So glad we did. Our main reasons for choosing peppers were location- we know our way around the coast as we have visited family many time. Walking distance to the oasis shopping centre and pacific fair ( which is currently undergoing a major renovation); free secure parking and just across from the beach. It's around 3.5km along the beach to walk to surfers.
The room itself had a lovely big shower, bath and his and hers sinks - all very modern in its styling. The kitchen was equipped with Miele appliances - which is not important but the microwave was the quietest I've ever used. The washing machine was great to have. Separate lounge area and another office type space. Large balcony. Our biggest joy was opening the slide panel windows in the bedroom in the morning to drink in the sun and Ocean views from bed. Sunglasses at 7.30am! Fantastic. We did wish we could stay longer than 3nights! We were in tower 2. Minor complaints were there was no price list for the mini bar during our stay so we didn't use it, and our request for pillows from the pillow menu wasn't fulfilled. But they were suitably apologetic. We went away having had a lovely stay.
Recommend the Kurrowa and northcliffe surf clubs ( just sign in as a visitor so long as you live more than 15km away) for good value dining that helps the surf clubs keep the beaches safe for swimmers. Drive to robina town centre for the nicest shopping. Max brenner chocolate shop just below the hotel makes great mocha coffes and has lots of yummy treats to work off on a long beach walk. We didn't use the pool because we prefer the beach but there is a pool, spa and gym on site - and a zen garden. Wifi in the room was complimentary.

Room Tip: If you can justify spending the extra then ocean view is lovely, but hey,if you'd rather save yo...

After booking through Expedia, we arrived at Peppers Reception Tower 2 to have to wait while an angry couple argued about not getting access to the apparent more prestigious Tower 1 after their 3rd visit. We were ignorant of this matter and listened intently. Our only requests were for a room (as stated on our booking), not to be located near a lift and to possibly gain some view of the sea. The receptionist confirmed that our room was selected to accomodate our requests. We proceded to our room which turned out to be located next to the lift and with a view of the highway.
We called reception to confirm that we had the correct room and another receptionist rudely answered that the room was the only one available as they were booked out. Ok, so on the way down the lift we spoke to a staff member of the concierge who claimed that the hotel was abt 60% occupancy. Further discussion at the desk was associated with the same receptionist maintaining her rude discourtious manner which included admonishing the first receptionist who apparently had made a mistake with our booking . So eventually, we were sent away to shop or have lunch whilst this issue was sorted. We thought that was OK and returned in 90 minutes. We were greeted with a resolution and a room which apparently ticked the boxes. Sadly, this was the ultimate insult as the room was located next to an extremely smelly rubbish shute with fishy smells permeating down the corridor and worst of all, our room was opposite the delivery ramp for Woolworths in which delivery trucks arrived each morning from 6.00am onwards. These trucks had to reverse down the ramp with their beapers sounding loudly and we were woken even with the doors closed. Of course, the view was breathtaking!!!!! OK, it goes on. The receptionist who turned out to be an assistant Manager decided to send some cheap wine and a small box of chocolates to compensate and promptly called on the phone to ask if our room was satisfactory. I said thx for the gifts but we were really upset about the room and the accompanying circumstances. She continued to call each day asking the same question, until I had to ask her leave us alone as we didnt wish to have our holiday totally spoiled by this debacle. AlI can say, is that if you book through any of the Trip Advisor agencies, Peppers will not give you a room with any special features. You cannot even get into Tower 1 as it has separate security cards and even reception will not let you use the considerably superior pool and recreation facility which faces north. The pool in Tower 2 is in shade till approx midday. What a disappointment for us considering the favourable reviews on this site.

Room Tip: Waves Apartments in Broadbeach are superior in quality and much larger.

Stayed at Peppers at Broadbeach for 3 nights while husband was at Machinery demo.
Were going to stay at Casino but so glad we didn't . 1 bed Suite was excellent facing the Ocean.
Pools and spa with Steam Room & Sauna were great - had a good gym as well for Apartment Accommodation. So many choices for Restaurants just at the bottom of the Building. we will definitely be coming back again and staying longer.
