For a 5 star resort I was disappointed.

Noise: any rooms below level 15 street noise is horrendous...think partying, drunk thugs screaming obscenities at 2am, and dump truck picking up bins every morning 6am.

Cleanliness: lots of scuff marks on walls and not the cleanliness you are paying for considering the prices of this resort.

Room Facilities: We had issues with a few broken products, not to mention a dodgy ironing board (again wouldn't complain if I was staying in $100 per night hotel) but for this price...:(

Location: Broadbeach is now the new Surfers Paradise. Far too busy and loud and noisy....the traffic is crazy bad.

Service: Daily - which was nice...but you are paying for it!

Overall, not good value for money.

Room Tip: Go above level 15 for street noise.

This is quite possibly the nicest suite I have stayed in. Very delighted with the finishes, the space, the value and the facilities.. Staying for an overnight with work.. A large balcony with a View of the retail stores below is not much to look at, on floor 4, but the decor inside is enough to pacify you. Wish I was staying longer. Very happy.

This place was a truly memorable experience and it is something we will never forget. The staff were so helpful and the room was fantastic. The view was something that you were most certainly drawn to and you could basically sit there all day staring out the window. The staff were so helpful wether it was helping us with our bags or groceries or just offering some advice on where to get a coffee, nothing was a problem. Late checkout was made available to us as well, which made it so easy to organise ourselves with our 9 month old daughter. We would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to experience the highest quality of pampering. TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE!!!!! Will definitely be coming back.

Room Tip: We just requested in our booking form to have a high room and were given the 32nd floor. UNBELIEVABL...

Being almost locals, a weekend getaway at a good Gold Coast hotel is all about service, comfort, amenities and the view. Peppers rates very highly on all counts, but getting the. Out from the stay needs a little planning. Firstly, a high floor is a must. We stayed on 10, which is not quite far enough away from the pool area, pub and street to be quiet, nor high enough to clear the view past the apartment building in front. 15th floor + (the front tower is 50 stories) is preferable. Secondly, there is no hotel bar or restaurant, but this is little concern as the street below has tremendous cafés and restaurants. Kurrawa beach is 3 minutes walk. Check in - excellent. Parking, fine. Room - easily on par with the nearby Sofitel. The small in-room kitchen and laundry is perfect for a few-day stay. Watch the price, though, as the rates can be expensive at times making alternatives attractive - but all-in-all a perfect spot for a few days on the coast !

Room Tip: Aim high, in the front tower (tower 1) for an amazing ocean view. The western side rooms, though, ha...

We needed accommodation at short notice and from the minute we walked in the girls on the front desk went out of their way to look after us and get us a great room.even late at night when we needed pillows the night staff went out of their way to get them. The apartment was spotless could not fault in anyway. For my wife's 60th they left chocolates, balloon, bottle wine which went down well and a cd playing happy birthday it made her day.all staff were always happy and friendly….a great place to stay had a great holiday thanks to them.Strongly recommend….sorry it took so long to write the review as i thought my wife wrote one and she thought i did…look forward to going back.

Room Tip: level 23 good views great room.

After staying in 2 hotels, we decided to move the family to a nice cozy 2-BR apartment in Gold Coast to do a little cooking and washing. Peppers Broadbeach did not disappoint, checking in was a breeze and the staff were really helpful and friendly. If only we had know earlier, we would stay here the entire trip.

Peppers is close to the beach and the ocean view from the living room & bedrooms is just amazing. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee joints just around the building. And a short walk away, there's the oasis shopping centre with supermarket to stock up our utilities, washing, food and cooking needs.

The apartment is so beautifully decorated, classy and clean, and comes with toiletries and towels. We will definitely stay here again & recommend to friends and relatives.
