Went to Rossini today for a quick dinner with a friend. He had the gourmet chicken pizza and I had the chicken mushroom pasta (dishes called Pollo and Apollo) Really enjoyed my dish, generous portions and perfectly cooked pasta and just enough sauce to combine everything together nicely. Chicken in the pasta was tender. Would liked to have more mushrooms though and the Napoli cream sauce had very dense tomato flavor that was too much for me by the end, I would have had the sauce to be creamier with less tomato sauce. My friend's pizza was good as well, thin crust with tasty chicken, cherry tomatoes and mushroom.
