Stayed here on a timeshare basis, in Lake complex, which I am told is higher quality than some of the other areas. Friendly efficient staff, electronic pass key into the fenced complex, wifi in reception, not in each room. Wifi at the bar for customers. Our bungalow and the wholeplace was clean and lovely and quiet and we would return.
Some points for travellers.
March april may you may get unexpected hay fever, first time I went to Fuerteventura I was ill without much sneezing until we figured it out and I got Loratiden which cured my symptons. This year I dosed up for days in advance and no problem, we heard others sneezing. We had to pay deposits on all keys and tv remote control. The tv incorporates a dvd player but the TV is small and crt and no english news channel was available. I think there was 1 english movie channel. All of the bars have a complete range via Sky of course.
Self catering, ask for a bottle of water in your room before you arrive,as on first arrival you may not find the shops, although they do open quite late. Comprehensive kitchen with 2 electric rings, kettle toaster microwave and oven, but a lack of useful saucepans.
The Hyperdino supermarket sells fresh croissantes, but the larger one in town sells them in bags of 3 for 99cents and they are to die for, worth going on holiday just to acquire the best croissantes in the world.
