Most beautiful hotel in Caleta. Complex is located right to the major road and bus stop, about 5 min walk to the beach, and 2 min walk to shops (but quite big shop is inside hotel). I were stayed all the week in hotel, and dont need to visit island, volcanos or zoo. I come here just to relax and got what i want.
Food was very good, tasty, different menu every day, and choice big enough, that it was impossible to taste everything at one sesion. Snack are available at day time at poolbar, but try not eat too much before dinner :)
Broncemar Beach is 3 stars but deserve for 4.
Rooms are big, architecture smart and pretty, and staff is ..the soul of this place.
Receptionist was smiled and solve little problems straight away,
Maître d'hôtel was always perfect and share the smile sensibly,
Alberto, karaoke DJ, is singing every evening, and every song is good piece of art.
Miguel, elder waiter, who know only few words in english will stay in my memory forever :)
But I am most impressed with Steph, member of entertainment team. All team was incredible, full of positive energy and share this energy to guests every day, every night. But Steph smiled and worked 200% more. I never meet so positive person before. Even same quizes or every-day bingo, she made them unique. I want come back to Broncemar just to watch Steph show. :)
Other facilities:
TV - 1eur/hour, WiFi - 25eur/week - I didnt need them.

Room Tip: If you dont like stairs, ask for room at ground level, as elevator not cover all the rooms. Rooms near pool "hear" noise from bar and tavern up to 1am.

We stayed for a week A/I , Weather was great after a couple of chilly windy days and a bit of rain , but when the sun came out it was very hot. food was great , we had a good selection at every meal and we could not fault it everything was replenished quickly , not sure what it would be like at the height of the season because the restaurant is quite small and sometimes we could not get a table.. The Thomas cook rep Amy was great and she always had time to sit and chat with the guests . also the Entertainers Steph , Nat and Ellise well what can I say ,, these girls work really had and without them it would have been a very different holiday ( thanks Girls ) the only moan I have got really is the fruit juices . they were not very nice but we just found something else to have with our vodka ..we would return again for a relaxing week in the sun .

Stayed for one week in February, after travelling from early morning was given a map to find our own rooms having to walk through the pool area in between sunbathers !! Was like a treasure map with X marks the spot for the room. Rooms basic, stains on walls, dirty smell in draws and funiture. Had to pay €1 per hour for TV and €4 per hour for wifi. Stayed self catering so can't comment on food, didn't stay around pool as all geared towards children with entertainment crew constantly shouting ! Area itself was like Blackpool on a budget with tacky English and Irish themed pubs, a lot of resturants was like fast food places so fair to say we won't be going back there !!

Nice friendly staff, whole place could do with a bit of a face lift but very clean and a good location.
It was very cold when we arrived and our first night we didn't sleep very well due to the cold and 1 very lumpy pillow. We ended up sleeping in 1 bed with both blankets and our beach towel.
When checking in the receptionist said as hotel was busy we were being upgraded to private patio. We had a nice private area with loungers but due to weather conditions we only used it for about an hour throughout the week.
We didn't eat in restaurants so unable to comment but we did frequent the inn sometimes in the evening. Very good with nice atmosphere although karaoke awful.
Entertainment during the day was fine with daily quiz and snowball bingo if you enjoy it. Our last day the jackpot had rolled over to 1,250 euro's so worth the 5 euro ticket money if you win.
Lots of nice pubs in the resort our favourite was el capitain and dog and duck. Happy hours are the norm here, we got 2 beers and 2 large wines for 5.50 euro. Hard to beat.
Restaurants are plentiful and our favourite has to be 15. Fantastic and if you have a birthday or special occasion whilst away its fab. No menu just 15 main courses in order of most popular, every two weeks bottom two drop off and new ones added on.
365 Delicious was also lovely and waiter was very keen to please.
I would recommend the resort to young families or 50 plus couples we will be back in October but looking into different accommodation
