When searching for my holiday this place came up as a 4* price reflected 4* all inclusive! upon arrival I went to check in and was told the all the bungalows by the pool were full (this is what I paid for!) so I then had to stay my first day in a different room! When complaining to reception there attitude was terrible and couldn't really care less! Everything advertised is not included in the price, tv is extra wifi is extortionate! kettle ect all cost extra so cannot for the life of me understand how this place has a four star award! Very unimpressed if I wanted basic I would of paid for basic! You are kicked out of you room on day of departure regardless of if you flight leaves late that night! So be prepared to lug around your cases for your last day! So much potential to be a great place but really really poor in my eyes!

We stayed here with family and iv been meaning to put up a review for some time now, don't choose any other place than here it's stunning, unbelievly clean and the pool area is like what you see on the tv. There is a great buzz around the place everyone seemed to be in great form and the weather was glorious throughout our stay the staff can't do enough for you very polite an obliging and good English food is next to none and the cocktails are a huge must have we will absolutly be returning this year for longer than 10days aswel as it's just a little bit of heaven

I booked this hotel for the first week in June for £306 pp all inclusive. While, I don't normally read trip advisor my partner loves it and he spent the week before we went looking up reviews of the hotel. By the time we were due to travel he was a bit dubious as to what we were about to stay in (we found a video on youtube too!) however, the reviews couldn't have been more misleading. What greeted us were extremely pleasant hotel staff, a clean and perfectly suitable self contained apartment / bungalow and a great selection of food and drink as part of the all inclusive deal. The kids are well catered for with discos and entertainment in the evenings and all day activities with coordinators, while the adult entertainment starts a bit later and is great fun. I am unsure of the reasons as to why people have had such a problem with this hotel - for £306 you absolutely can't go wrong. In fact, we have already booked up to go back in October.
I think it's only fair that people are aware of the dangers of review websites and take the reviews with a little pinch of salt.
I couldn't have been happier with what we got -we truly did have the best holiday here!

Me and my partner paid £586 for our flights and all inclusive for the first week of June. After reading the reviews on here I was really worried and put off about coming. Once there though I am glad I ignored them. For what we paid for the holiday we couldn't grumble. The food was really good, always plenty of choice. I have been to some all inclusive places and got bored after a couple of days of the same food, but here they had a different meat on every day. I loved the complex, I had a sea view room and although it was set back slightly the room was really nice. Had a few ants and cockroaches but that is to be expected in a hot climate, so dont know why people complain about it, it cant be helped. The maids cleaned the rooms every other day changing the beds and towels every time which I was really surprised at. The evening entertainment was child orientated which is good for families, there wasnt really a massive queue for drinks either so you got served quickly and there was a good choice especially the cocktails. The snacks were good too, really nice hot dogs. As the place is quiet now compared to what it must have been like years ago, they only open up the top pool bar which is a shame as it would have been nice for them to open up the bar near the reception for people who want a quiet drink away from the loud families with kids but other than that I have no other complaints or problems with the place. I just think some people have delusions of grandeur when they book places like this and have to complain about everything. If you want 5* food and rooms then you have to pay for it. Don't let other peoples comments put you off this place, it really is a bargain holiday for families and couples on a budget looking for a chilled, relaxing holiday. A couple of other things do take a coat as it is a windy island, great in the day when its hot but a little chilly at night if sat outside. Also the complex is under the flight path of landing planes, and so if you don't like noise or are a light sleeper then it wont be recommended. I enjoyed watching the planes come in and land, they aren't too noisy as the engine is turned off when landing but some people will have an issue with this.

Room Tip: The sea view rooms are good, they are in between both the restaurant and the pool bar and so you are...

We arrived saturday night late due to transfer problems to find one inept receptionist, who took 45 minutes to check in two other couples before us. As we arrived after the restaurant had closed we were told there would be food available for us at the all inclusive bar, only to be greeted by a stale cheese and ham sandwich. There was only one inclusive bar open all week, very unfriendly staff and poor quality products. We slept on the sofa bed after the first night as the beds were so uncomfortable, and even the sofa bed was broken. The food was absolutely dire. We were on the all inclusive package but ate out everyday. One restaurant owner actually laughed at us when he noticed our all inclusive wrist bands as he gets a lot of custom from disgruntled guests. The cleanliness of the room wasn't great. After all this i tripped by the pool on the last day as there were no wet floor signs.

Room Tip: Just don't bother.

Just come back from a one week s/c holiday. Bungalow with a sea view was basic but nice enough. Not very private sitting outside and plastic chairs get pinched when you are not in. Couldn't really leave doors and windows open at night because people walking past can see in. Had cockroaches on 3 nights but not a major problem. Maids cleaned every other day which I didn't expect. Didn't use the facilities so can't comment. Would stay in the resort again but further down near the town as it was quiet round this area.
