This is a great place.I don't know what other people are looking for when they go on holiday but what we want is a clean place and if it is a beach holiday lots of towels. We arrived with a little one, we were provided with a cot instantly, without us having to say anything. The first room we were given had no bathtub, just a shower. We went and asked if there is any change to change rooms and we were accommodated straight away.our room was clean and a maid cleaned it several times over the period of our stay. We are not bothered about furniture, I mean, we had a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, an eating table, a chair and in the bedroom two single beds, a wardrobe and two bed side tables....what more do you need. There is no air conditioning and there are mosquitoes but if you go to the shop nearby they do these plug in things for 5 or 6 euros that u can use all the time and you can sleep with the window open.That is what we used and we did not get a mosquito bite on us. Food, lovely!!! Drinks, plenty!!! Entertainment was a reptile show, bingo, disco night...etc. There is no cutlery or crockery but we bought a pan and a spoon to warm up the baby food. Again, this costed about a 5'er. Staff, just amazing!!! This is our second time there and we will go back again.

Good holiday, weather was good, accommodation was clean, always something to eat and plenty to drink, however, food was not always to our preference, so went out a lot.

Pool bar:
Little shade, no sun brolleys.
Opened 10.00am, closed 6.00pm every day except Thursday when it stayed open for the Parrot Show.
Coffee served in thin plastic beakers.

Restaurant:
Food looked fresh and well presented
Sausages and bacon weren’t typical English fayre.
Salad available at lunch and in the evenings but some fresh grilled meat or fish would have been nice to go with it.

Maid service:
We arrived Friday, maid service Monday and Wednesday. Beds never changed.
Room was left clean, towels were replaced and toilet rolls stacked up.

Snacks:
No snacks between meals . 3.30/4.00pm tray of Danish pastries on the poolside bar

Indoor bar
Pay for drinks after 11.00pm. Each person can only order 2 drinks and after 10.30pm only one drink.

Room
No cutlery, crockery, kettle, pans, hairdryers, air-conditioning, fans etc. Suspecting they came at a cost we did not bother to enquire if they were available to hire.
Television has to be paid for.

The staff were lovely, very friendly and nice people in general.

Room Tip: Keep the shutters and doors closed against the Mosies.

Myself & hubby have just returned from a weeks break here.

The bungalows are in a great location, good standard for the price, had a great bungalow overlooking the pools.

Was worried about the food after reading the reviews, mostly found it fine, usual standard all inc job, was wary as at times the food wasn't labelled and after heaping what I believed to be rice on my plate I noticed prawns in it - I'm deathly allergic to shellfish!

If it hadn't have been for the mosquitos the holiday would have been perfect, 3rd night there we got in bed only to hear buzzing, we killed at least 30 mossies and still had bites in the morning, whilst doing tjis we did notice alot of dead mossies squashed to the walls, ceilings etc - reported this and maintenance sprayed insecticide whilst we were out and left us some in the room which did help.

Staff are very friendly, particularly Esparenza who works the pool bar what ever she's on I would like some, always happy and chatty.

Very quiet. Relaxing and peaceful, just down the road from the shopping centre and the beaches.

This hotel was fantastic for the money.
Go with the mindset you get what you pay for or in this case you get double what you pay for.
Food was excellent and had a lot of choice, entertainer was very charismatic and made you want to join in no force you to join.
All the staff were very helpful and went out of there way to make sure you had a good time with maybe the exception of the night porter but hey he couldn't speak English and I couldn't speak Spanish so was always tough. The location of the hotel is great and the resort has plenty to do if you want to do it but also you can relax and enjoy the sun and sangria.
The Rommel was basic but very clean and secure only downer was there was no fan so could get very hot at night buy you could leave the shutter open as bugs didn't seem a big problem.
So to all those who moan all I can say is get real and try and find somewhere better at the price you paid

Room Tip: Taxi from the airport only cost 12 euro also try the home made sangria wow to die for.
