Great location, right by the sea. We had a junior suite - large double room (actually two singles pushed together), big bathroom with separate toilet off it, living room, weenie but well-equipped kitchen area with fridge, microwave, two rings, kettle, pans, crockery, etc, big balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. Just chilled out by the quieter pool most of the time. We were on a B&B deal so don't have others' complaints about the food. Breakfast was fine - you could have a full English or cereals, yoghurt, fruit, cold cuts, cheese, cake, meringues (?) It was quite quiet when we were there, but imagine it could get a bit crazy at peak time.
Staff were fine, though nothing happened terribly quickly, which didn't bother us. Shame that hotel guests didn't receive a deal on the spa - it wasn't even mentioned to us. I'm assuming it's still there?

Room Tip: There are some nearer the quieter pool with huge balconies (more like terraces) overlooking the sea. They have sun loungers as well as the table and chairs we had on our balcony

Nice clean hotel and staff very friendly. Food pretty awful but we got good deal on holiday so ate out every night. Hotel ideally situated for walking to other restaurants. The snacks at pool bar were awful and the cocktails dire. The constant music at the pool bar was annoying so if you want peace and quiet sit up at the raised terrace with lovely views of the Marian. All in all a nice holiday which we got a good deal on but won't be back unless the food improves.

Room Tip: Ask for third floor room as better views. We had a junior suite which was lovely and roomy.

Just returned from one week AI holiday having booked through a well known internet company. The rooms were superb (we asked for high floor and got room on 3rd floor with view of sea & pool). Bathrooms definitely 4 star quality, so nice to be able to lay out all your toiletries on the double sinked glass unit. Shower was top quality. Beds very comfortable and when we asked for extra pillows, they came immediately. Down side was extreme lack of kitchen utensils if you were to use as self catering which was very strange when the kitchens were so nicely equipped? Not one glass either, so we can presume that no investories of the kitchen are ever done before arrival/after departure of each room.Staff were really nice, big shout out to Natasha and Alexandra in the bar and Noelia in the restaurant. Reception staff, were overall friendly but I wouldn't stay overly professional. So to the not so good points, evening entertainment was extremely shabby apart from the German guy playing on his electric piano, he was good. Yes, you have to form an orderly queue to get served which is utterly ridiculous and be warned.... after 11.30pm you have to PAY for your drinks even if you are AI. The "animation" staff were very unprofessional and shabby looking, no entertainment uniform so they looked like they had just strolled in off the street. The microphone invariably didn't work, which made for ear defeaning listening. For those of you animal lovers, I would recommend NOT showing support for the "Eagle night", which consisted of a couple who brought in some beautiful birds (in dog/cat cages). The 5 month old Barn Owl was then passed round every member of the audience who were encouraged to stroke it..... Totally wrong and cruel. We left at this point. On to the restaurant, the food was average and I would agree with the other comments, not at all 4 star. The restaurant lighting was appauling, you felt like you were in a staff/hospital canteen, just all strip lighting and too too bright. And the dress code really needs addressing. Many were walking into dinner straight from the beach in very short shorts (men) and flip flops. There were no hotel questionnaires to complete upon departure and as we handed over the room card, no one asked if we had had a good holiday or wished us farewell. As with the other comments, with a few simple updates, this complex could easily warrant 4 star. Finally, location wise, superb, right on the beach, although for those of you wanting a "lively" holiday, Caleta de Fuste is not for you. We loved the area and I would definitely return.

The comment about the food was made by the old man and summed it up perfectly ( it tasted like someone had eaten it before us ). The one day I thought the lunch was actually good I ended up in the en-suite for a couple of hours. The cocktails were appalling.
However, hotel was great, room was brilliant, staff helpful, although not enough on the bars and queues could be tedious. Great resort ( although could be smelly ( drains ), 30 seconds from the beach. Just a shame that we spent most of our money eating out.

Hotel is beautiful and in the perfect location.
The room was amazing and considering we only paid £480 for the week, including flights from the UK it was a complete bargain.
The staff were all pleasant, the rooms were clean and tidy and a great size.
It's only a 5 minute walk to the town and there's an ok shopping centre on the other side.
We felt it was a good choice to go all inclusive, the food was nice although if your just wanting hot dogs and chips every day probably not for you, we had tuna steaks, pork chops, chicken breasts amongst other things, it's quite European. Pudding wasn't amazing though but there was always cakes and ice cream.
Even though we ate out most evenings we save alot of money just on drinks alone.
Had a brilliant time and would definitely return.
