The most relaxing holiday ever, if you like quality and quiet then book this hotel. Fantastic value for money 5* accommodation 4* food 3* service 1* entertainment. ACCOMM lovely suite well furnished spacious, air conditioned, pool, comfy sun loungers 2 great pools FOOD good choice and quality. Great location right on the beach, town ten minute walk.
Service, For what we paid we could not complain £1000 for two of us for 10 days that includes flight transfers luggage! Entertainment Apart from Cuba I have never found good entertainment anywhere so not a problem for me, Overall great value, relaxing quiet holiday, we plan to return and so did everyone we spoke too during our stay. If you like QUALITY AND QUIET book!

Room Tip: top floor we had room 373 overlooked pool and had sea view

Came back from a weeks stay on sat 5th july. Stayed in room 265 which is a junior suite half board. Very impressed with room was lovely and clean spacious with a sea view and pool view. Cleaned everyday. We heard no noise whatsoever from the neighbours and I slept on the balcony one day and it was silent all night. Food was lovely no complaints..staff were very helpful and accomodating. Tickles me that people moan about the food there was a choice for everyone and if you load your plate with a bit of everything..food will seem the same everyday. breakfast was fully catered for all nationalites I wouldnt personally go for all inclusive unless you were going to stay in the hotel all day. We went out every night to pieros an english bar that plays life music and has the sports channels...from what I could see the entertainment at the hotel was not upto much and the queues for drinks were long. But that didnt matter to us as we went out. Had a lovely stay and loved the hotel thankyou very much to all the staff

Great hotel no fault with it and spotless the only thing was when we left the young male receptionist wasnt very polite but everyone else where great.lovely big suites and balconies great choice of food you could eat and drink all day with the all inclusive

Stayed all inclusive. Had a good time and very happy with my experience.
The service was good in all areas from the bar, front desk, pool, cleaning, child entertainment, restaurant and many others. The kids entertainment I would highly rate. I could leave the kids alone and even the clingy ones were happy to stay and get on with the staff.
The staff were friendly and accommodating and were happy to help out with any request I had.
The location was great right next to the beach with a large English influence where you could get fish and chips, beer and English football, and loads of others. Sometimes you wouldn't know it was Spain.
The cleanliness is great with the rooms cleaned regularly and to a high standard. The open area areas of the hotel was again great, and from the room we were in, we could see the staff cleaning the pool area every day. The maintenance of the hotel does require improvement with tiles falling out of the swimming pool and signs of plaster coming off the walls. If dealt with early it would save a lot of work later on.
The dining experience could be improved. The freshness of the vegetarian options and quality of the vegetarian options was great. It was let down by a few points. The labels were not clear or missing. Utensils were missing from some of the dishes and so people started to swap ladles and spoons. If you were allergic to something, you could be in trouble. I did ask for staff extra serving spoons, which was immediately dealt with, but a little late if the dish was already spoilt. This greatly improved as our holiday went on. I did go out to eat once in a while and there are some good local canary island vegetarian dishes.

Would it be reasonable to suggest that even at full board you would receive at least water or tea/coffee with a meal? We didn't see the need for all inclusive as we didn't feel it necessary as we don't really drink. So we received our orange bands which meant we couldn't have drinks and staff made this extremely clear at meal times and most of the time in an abrupt manner which left us feeling embarrassed in front of other guests. Staff shouted across the restaurant and on one instance even chased us to make sure we received the piece of paper with a cross that told us we couldn't have any drink (not even water) at meal times. The meals were excellent however the service and the lack of drink made the experience uncomfortable. If you do plan on going make sure to take extra cash to purchase a bottle of water for €2!!
