We stayed here in March for a week and on first impressions it was even better than in the photos. Very spacious, clean and had everything we could need. The Villa is on a very quiet complex just set back from the sea (although there is no beach here, just rock). It is about a 10-15 min walk away from some bars/shops and a beach but we hired a car for the week as it is quite a walk from the main town.
I'm not trying to be picky as it is a lovely Villa but considering the price there where a few downfalls;
The pool was full of stones from the garden and there was a lot of dirt at the bottom. A couple of days in it had started to go quite green but I managed to find a pot of chlorine which sorted it.
The en-suit bathroom drains stunk which I know is not their fault as it happens abroad but the smell was so strong some nights it's all I could smell when in bed.
The boiler was leaking during our stay and we did not have much hot water but I believe they where fixing this the day we left.
Although during our first few days it was cloudy the Villa is very warm inside but there are no fans and no aircon so I imagine during summer it becomes extremely hot inside.
Considering it's a modern Villa it only has a tin, on the hob kettle which takes ages to boil and as we English like a morning cuppa it was a pain.
The Villa sleeps 6 yet there is not enough mugs and glasses to accommodate this so we had to buy extra mugs.
Luckily during our stay the Villas either side where empty but if they had been occupied we would have felt very looked over, I think they could do with making the fences hire and more private as it does feel a little open and exposed.
Although I've made the above criticisms it is a beautiful Villa and we enjoyed our stay. The beds where extremely comfortable, we loved laying around the pool and up on the roof terrace and had plenty of BBQ's (although for some reason the BBQ is out the front of the Villa).
If I ever found myself back in Fuerteventura I would stay here again but personally Fuerteventura is my least favourite of the Canary Islands.
We stayed here for one week last October. I only booked it 2 days before so it was a bit of a rush, Alfonso was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The house is a real treat, spacious modern and quiet. The children loved the pool, and there is a balcony where you can relax and watch the sun go down. You will need a car as it is set back on the hill overlooking Caleta De Fuste, but we love to discover the island, so would have car anyway.
The location is very good, in few minutes you are on the beach, the house was very clean and well-maintained. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
We are planning to go back there next year! It was a wonderful experience! My little son had a lot of space to play, it feels like home to us!
