Well, I have just stayed here for the last 11 days, and we'll there is not much I can complain about, I thought the whole complex was fabulous, from the minute we checked into the hotel with ashleigh and maddie, to the rooms we had, we had 2 adjoining rooms, great if there is a good few of you, overlooking the kids splash pool area, there was a good wide variety of activities for all the kids age groups, the reps work so hard, respect to them, JOE, NATHAN, MIKE, and all the girls, also my daughter played football ⚽ on 2 sessions, thnx to Steve n James, good entertainment in the evening for the kids (and the big kids to, quizzes n games n panto). Photos n videos will follow on here including Joe getting gunned on TOMMYS CHARITY DAY, splash bingo round the pool, and pool party.

The food well, talk about split for choice, just so much to choose from, for each breakfast , lunch evening dinners, each night with a different theme. Including an all day snack bar Also a nice Italian restaurant and an outdoor bbq, who would want to leave this complex to eat out,

Supermarket 5 min walk from complex, luvly Little harbour 10 mins away with a stop Off At the beach on the way, with another beach over the road.

Another 10 minute walk from the Beach away is a fab water park, including a pool, wave pool, kids slide then a kamikaze and 3 other slides with usage of single and double rubber rings, well worth a full day out to.

I thought it was good how the reps take unattended Towels away ib The Morning before 9pm, TIP: make sure there is always someone sitting with them till 9.00 am,

The only draw Back i have is that there was only 1 WASHING MACHINE and DRYER on the Complex for all rooms to use, could maybe do with a few more machines.

Apart from that I would say it is well worth the money for what you get The use of.

Also we found out on the last day, you can hire baby buggys from the reception.

I would deffo recommend this to anyone, n hopefully go Back .

Thnks again

This was our first family overseas, so my wife and our 9 year old daughter were really looking forward to the holiday. When we got the holiday village Menorca we were not let down. The reception staff were very good and showed us where our room was with the help of a map. The room it self was clean, but could have done with some redecorating. After unpacking it was 1pm, which was lunch time. We were told when we arrived where the dinning room was, so we went to the dinning room. We were met by a line of friendly waiters. As we were looking lost one of the waiters showed us where the food was and were the drinks were. We found a table and went to look at the food that was on offer. We found loads of freshly cooked food, lots of salads, and puddings. There was also pizza being made and cooked in front of us. This was much better that we were expecting and each day there was different food to try, they catered for all tastes. The man we saw the first day cooking the pizza (we call him the pizza man), real name was Sidi was the most helpful and encouraged us to try food we would not normal eat. We looked forward to going to the dinning room to see what Sidi would have for us to try each day. The water in the pools was cold and the floor around the pools was slippery, but we knew this by reading reviews on this website before we went, so we had the correct foot wear, so this was not a problem. We were able to get a sun lounger next day by the main pool every day after breakfast, which we had most days about 8am. It was good to see the reps remove unattended towels from sun beds before 9am, some people we spoke to said their hotels had this rule, but did not follow it through. Only the pool bar was used when we were there and there was never more that a five minute wait, but most of the time there was not more than four people in front of me and were able to get alcohol, soft drinks, coffee and water from it. We were able to get ice cream in small tubs from the snack bar, this was not limited, there was also hot dogs, burgers, sandwiches and fruit available from the snack bar. There was day time and night time entertainment by the outside pool bar, which kept us entertained. We loved the Russell the Brussel song and the chocolate song. The entertainment team day and night worked very hard all week. We did not use the kids clubs, so we can't comment on them. Some days when we had the sun lounger next to where the man was teaching the kids to swim. This man was working miracles with the kids in his class Our room was clean every day by Margarita, very friendly and lovely. We went on two trips, taste of Menorca and a jeep safari, both excellent trips and great value for money. All in all this was a fantastic holiday made extra special by the friendly, helpful and cheerful staff.

Our first time at this Holiday Village, having been to both Portugal and Benalmadena HV's before, and have to say that it was amazing !! Much prefered the smaller more compact resort, almost everything around the main pool area, including the lovely rooms, made it a very sociable place to be, with lots of interaction if you wanted it. The kids clubs were great, staffed by really enthusiastic people, who always found time to make the kids feel special, even when persistently interupting their meals and free time. Same applies to the entertainment team, bar staff, and on site reps, the whole place has a feel that nothing is too much trouble, and my kids ( girls aged 3 and 6 ) had the time of their lives, made lots of friends, and we would also recomend the pre-booked stage school and swim lessons.

Best family holiday ever!! famliy being myself, husband & our two sons (12) (10), my brother & sister-in-law & their two children (6) (9) and our fantastic mam & dad that payed for all of us as a celebration of dad's retirement. We had two fantastic weeks at (Grupotel Club Turquesa Mar) HV Menorca. All the hotel staff were very helpful & friendly too,hv was very clean at all times the bar staff were lovely especially one young man which i'm so sorry i don't know how to spell his name but i'm sure people that's stayed here & met him will know, he always made you feel welcome with that great big smile of his.The pools are fantastic with lots to do for everyone, the first choice reps worked their socks off day & night well done all of you. The rooms are a bit dated but for putting your head at night it's not a big deal,Great family beach lovely shallow water for the children to go in & fantastic place to go snorkeling where my husband took himself off a couple of afternoons.A short walk down to the lovely Marina where there is lot's of bars & Restaurants not that you need them with being All Inclusive but like me & my hubby it was nice to have a coffee & sit back & watch the world to go by!!!!.I've left the best till last well for me it was ( being an ex-chef) i was expecting good food with plenty to choose from & it didn't disappoint well presented very clean work & serve counters, everything looked so inviting & fresh .( Lunch time you have got to go see Sudi as well as being a fantastic Head chef his pizza's are out of this world. I was very touch that he allowed my two son's in on our last day to make pizza. Lovely holiday & i've fallen in love with Menorca will be back as there is still so more to see.

Room Tip: Block one bottom floor that face onto the quiet road.

I stayed with my husband, 4 and 6 year old mid August this year for a week. We returned after having an amazing holiday here last year. This hotel is lovely, the rooms are spacious however could do with being redecorated now. The room this time had a small issue with ants, but certainly nothing which was of concern.

The pool was always immaculately clean, there was sometimes spilt drinks around sun loungers but this was due to guests not following instructions and putting plastic cups by the bins.

The wasp issue from last year seems to be have been completely sorted, as has the ridiculousness of putting towels on sun loungers at 6am. This year reps took them away at 9am if they were unoccupied-brilliant-I wish all holiday villages would enforce this rule. First Choice could this be possible? I do think some sun beds need replacing as they were looking a little on the worn/grubby side.

Food was amazing especially in the buffet restaurant. I think the snack bar could be improved in terms of variety and environment. Bar staff were superb, so friendly. Life would be made easier if there were self service taps for soft drinks, larger , wine and sangria like in the restaurant. Also the plastic glasses need replacing.

The First Choice staff were absolutely first class. Our children enjoyed the kids club and were remembered from last year, my son learnt to swim with the swimming instructors-all
Superb!!!!

If you have young children and want a pool based sunny break then this place is great. We won't be returning next year as 3 x would be little un adventurous but we will certainly be staying at a holiday village again next year.

Have just spent two weeks at this hotel with our granddaughter. Very clean hotel. Although we did have a slight problem with ants, but they were soon exterminated. Staff are very friendly from the restaurant to the snack and pool bar. The rooms are a bit dated but are kept very clean. The first choice staff couldn't be better, they work very hard to entertain everyone especially the children. The evening entertainment was also very good. Well done to al of them. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the holiday, although we found the hotel was a bit on the big side for us. We did go on the jeep safari and really enjoyed it, great fun and a very informative guide.

Room Tip: The quietest block is block 4. The other blocks are around the main pool and entertainment area so w...

My husband and I visited with our 12 and 6 year old sons in Aug 2014. This is the smallest of the four Holiday Villages we have stayed at but was the best located. The entertainment team were, as always at a HV, like Duracel bunnies! and the hotel staff were really friendly. My eldest is studying Spanish at school and the staff really encouraged him to try it out on them. The food was fab! Not as big a choice as other holiday villages but still something for everyone each night and better quality. The hotel was very clean and our maid Margerita was fantastic. The pools were lovely and clean and had a lot going on in the day - family raft building, inflatable assault course, etc. The Village itself was quite small and as we were there for 11 nights it felt a bit claustrophobic after a week compared to other HV's but its location made up for it. Its a short walk (5 min) to the beautiful bay beach of Cala'n Bosch and to the local marina. The marina itself came alive at night - small stalls selling very reasonably priced trinkets and hair braiding. My sons bought some lovely handmade (while we watched) leather bracelets for their friends back home only 3 euros each! Several cocktail bars with entertainment and a traditional English pub showing the footie! There were some lovely reasonably priced restaurants so we ate out a couple of times. The old town of Cuittadella is only a 20 min bus ride if you fancy the market on a Sat morning or visiting the old cathedral and cost just 2 euros each way. The bus stops ride outside the hotel. Overall another fab HV experience - have already booked our fifth one for next year. TIP - if you want to put your towels out before 9 am you MUST stay with them or they are gathered up and piled to one side. We took it in turns to go down at 8 each morning which we didn't think was too early and there were always lots of beds available at that time.

Room Tip: Rooms in block 4 are the quietest so I'd recommend those to families with young children.
