Once again back after a year and again excellent!
I did break with tradition and ignored mamas special as I know its superb! I went for the stiffado and what a treat, the baby onions and chunks of soft juicy beef which fell apart on your fork all in a fantastic sauce made the change more than worthwhile. I know I'm biased having been many times before but I would recommend to anyone wanting authentic Greek food and a visit from the captain and his special shots!

Had dinner here. All traditional dishes but specialising i beleive. Food was very tasty and service was friendly and efficient.

This is the real deal! Family run business! The dad comes out often with homemade drinks that are out of this world! The son stands in the back to oversee that the wait staff takes care of every single customer! Food is amazing service is top notch!
My husband and I came from other Greek islands that had amazing food and service. Before finding captains corner we were disappointed with the restaurants we tried in Kumari poor quality food and service. One of those restaurants owner we tried owners and workers were Albanian not Greek. Trying to find a restaurant was stressful , very aggressive hosts to reel you in and act aggressive. we thought our amazing Greek cuisine was over. We have 3 more nights in Kumari it will be at Captains Corner every night! The best! Thank you for saving the rest of our trip! 😘
