Hotel is very well located on the beach. It is new property.
Manager was very egoist and did not have curtsey to greet customers. Staff was not there to help for anything. You have plenty of choices for other hotels. You can avoid this hotel.

This hotel proves that even a great location cannot make up for poor service, bad room amenities, condescending staff, unconcerned manager and very bad breakfast spread.

The location is on the scenic Kamari beach and you walk onto the beach as soon as you get out of the hotel. The hotel has been recently renovated and had just opened for business a couple of weeks back. Barring this, there were only problems...problems...and only problems.

The hotel has installed individual WiFi Routers in each room. Unfortunately my router had some problems and our tablets were not able to connect to it even though we were able to connect to the routers of other rooms ( since passworsd were the same ). Even after I pointed this out to the reception within minutes of my checking in, they did not take any action for the next two days. The hotel classifies itself as a four star and does not keep even a small bottle of drinking water in the room. It does not replenish the coffee/tea/sugar sachets which they are supposed to. When I called down to ask them to send some coffee sachets to the room, they asked me to come down and get it from the reception. What happened to the fact that the housekeeping was supposed to replenish it in the first place ?

The airconditioner in my room started dripping water at 2.30 am in the night. I complained at that time and then again at 9.30 am. However besides asking us to shut it off ( then what about the suffocation within the room ? ), they did not repair it till we had checked out.

This 4 star property does not even put local newspapers in the lobby forget putting one in each room.

The staff answers all queries with a formal smile but takes no real action.

The manager does not even smile when he crosses guests in the lobby......forget greeting the guests or asking them if he could do anything to make the guest's stay comfortable.

Please AVOID this place. There are quite a few properties which are located on Kamari Beach and there is no need to pay a 4 star price for a 2 star property.

Poor to average rooms, very old furniture, but rather clean. Internet not working very well in the rooms. Some ants in the bathroom but maybe also due to the fact that the room was at ground floor... The hotel is right on the beach, on the main walk with restaurants and close to the boat for Perissa - so very convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location is what this hotel is all about. You get to stay directly at the beach; just cross the (pedestrians only) street. The hotel has a large enough pool, a bit chilly, but at least you can choose which you'd prefer. Sunbeds at the pool are plenty and free. Not on the beach though! The staff here are really friendly. No effort is too much. Rooms are large enough for three beds (which some actually have) and look quite clean. Everything is typical Greek. So you might lack a hook to hang up your shower, garbagebin might be shaky and there will be other minor things not in order. But as you merely sleep in your room, who cares too much? Because, like I said, it is clean.
One thing are the strange noises the plumbing makes somettimes. Quite loud, like a helicopter hovering over the hotel.
Breakfast is simple but all fresh. Coffee is surprisingly good, albeit from a machine. And served to your table with a smile... Very nice!

There's wifi in the lobby and some more areas, depending on where you try to use this. Not in the room, although our's did have a connection more than once. ( room behind reception, ground floor) What these rooms at the back lack, however is any kind of view. We overlooked some sort of backlot with wild trees and some trash. No safes in some rooms and these guests can use a safebox at the reception for free.

We had no complaint about any kind of noise, from other guests of from the street. All in all, you get what you pay for: a nice and clean place to stay, not as perfect as your own home where you should stay if perfection is of the essence. A place where staff make you feel welcome and where you'll want to return.

Room Tip: Try to get a room with seaview or at least at the front of the hotel.

Location is very nice, ten steps from the beach. The rooms were adequate. The service was quite good and the breakfast, which should be included, was varied with fresh bread, eggs, yoghurt with fruit, and nice coffee. Only problem was when we had a takeaway in the room and threw the garbage in the bin, an army of ants was there the next morning. But the hotel management took care of that nicely. All in all a pleasant stay.
