If all you're looking for is to get your head down of a night, this place is perfect. It's situated off the "strip" so the noise is reduced, which makes sleeping easier, but it is still close enough that the beach is a mere 10 minutes walk away, and the strip is literally 3 minutes walk.
Leo, who seems to single-handedly run the place is great - friendly, helpful and speaks excellent English so you can chat to him about anything you want. He also has a good sense of humour so you can have a laugh with him.
The rooms are clean and have a fridge, stove and crockery. There is ample space in the room for two or even three people and the floors are tiled instead of carpeted so this adds to cleanliness. There are also mosquito nets on the balcony door - vital at night in Greece.
The only negative thing I would say is that I wish the pool was open later - it closes around 20:30. Keep in mind though that other hotels close their pools around 18:30, so even this isn't so bad, it's simply an area that could be improved.
I've read the negative review by 99king9 and you can ignore it - I stayed at the hotel at the same time as this party and can say from firsthand experience that they were rude to staff, extremely noisy and generally inconsiderate to the rest of the guests.
For the price you pay, you can't have any complaints.
