Came here with 5 of my mates last week for a lads holiday. We were abit worried that it would be full of families but there were plenty of young people there and actually very few families. The hotel was clean and the rooms very nice and well rurbished. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds. Seen a few bad reviews about Steve the barman on here, I can understand why people might have mixed views on Steve because for a guy it can be quite hard to get sevrved however I'm pretty sure he's been told by his bosses to be slow to save the hotel money. Steve himself is an absolute legend, fun guy with plenty of banter and a good sense of humor. The drinks were quite weak though, I think the beer was watered down and the spirits were cheap weak spirits deffinately not 40%. You could drink all day at the hotel and still not feel drunk. As for the other staff they all seemed alright and were always friendly and helpful. Except for one occasion which is the main reason I didn't give 5 stars. We got a letter saying that we had to pay €24 for 2 towels that we ruined. One towel did have paint on it from the paint party we went to however it was a water based paint that has washed off all my clothes, the hotel insisted it would not come out though and we we charged for it, not too bothered about that. However the other towel was stained with what looked like fake tan when we got it. Looking back we probably should have said something when we got it because when we told the hotel we were given it like that some woman came up shouting at us and saying she did all the washing and that there was no way we would have got them dirty, well we did, and seen as they had our passports we had no choice but to pay for it. The security guard was abit wired and overreacted a lot but was harmless enough, although we did hear something about him trying to punch a girl, not sure how true that one is though. The food was good but it did start to get quite repetitive. One thing that was disappointing was the lack of snacks during the day, all of the all inclusive resorts I've ever been to offer snacks all day long and the hotel website also says that snacks are available all day however here there were 2 trays of what was usually biscuits or cakes (not brilliant) that came out about twice a day but they didn't last long and were often gone by the time you got there. Overall however it was a very good hotel and we all really enjoyed our stay.
