Restaurant in small shopping centre. Covered outdoor area with clear roll down cafe blinds to protect you from elements. Dark when I arrived - no lights on in the area - diners where sitting in the dark. The area is bounded by busy car park so you have parking bays on two sides and cars driving by throughout your meal. Interior decorated as you'd expect - nothing outstanding. Greeted by a pleasant lady who stopped mid-way through serving me though to re-arrange restaurant seating to accommodate a party of 10 who'd turned up without an appointment, leaving me standing there with my EFPTOS card still in the machine. Staff not smartly dressed and appeared disorganised. Ordered take-away. Vegetable spring rolls, seafood green curry, stir-fried veggies and a chilli basil tofu. No dedicated vegetarian category on the menu - just the heading 'vegetables'. Spring rolls crisp but filling mainly gluey cabbage. Seafood tough, swimming in a watery sauce with a few greens. Stir-fry veggies consisting mostly of bok choy stalks - overcooked. Tofu dish indistinguishable in taste and appearance with miniscule cubes of soy, no hint of chilli, basil overpowering and both quite salty. Order arrived quite quickly. Ate the spring rolls, picked out the seafood, tofu and best of the veggies - rest was inedible. In a word. Extremely disappointing. That's twice now and I won't be back.
