Have booked 15 rooms in this Hotel for Marriage Occasion. On the day of check in, Hardly 5 rooms were ready. Had fight with management for rest of rooms for 3 hours. Had to compromise as no other choice on that day. All rooms were very stingy. No buckets, mugs or soaps were in bathrooms. Even hotel staff was very unfriendly.

Overall, Please avoid this hotel at any cost.

The location could not be better in Patiala. Pretty near the railway station, bus station, Dukhniwaran Sahib Gurudwara. Management is indifferent to needs of travellers probably because the travellers have little or no choice.

Room Tip: Rooms on lower floors are properly arranged. Upper floors are improperly added in second/ later phase of construction.

Lovery near to Patiala's Dukhniwaran Gurudwara, the hotel is a case of missed opportunity since the attractive facade and location conceal a poorly maintained and indifferent property. The hotel management needs to pull up its socks on counts of hygiene, service and food to make it a viable place to stay in future. Fortunately for them, a large segment of the large traveller population in India are not all TripAdvisor readers!

The service is of poorest quality. Although the rooms are big but they are stingy. No buckets or soap in the bathrooms. Hotel staff is rude and unfriendly. Cant even serve water to guests. Yes they offered tea but it was like made in sugar syrup instead of water and milk. Not possible for them to arrange 20 rooms for guests on a highly auspicious occasion of marriage. If you do not want to get insulted in front of their near and dear ones then never ever visit the hotel.

- The rooms are above average although less worth than the tariff. Understand from my cousin, there are not many hotels in Patiala and there is a dearth of good hotels there in view of the regular film shootings and events happening for just about anything under the sun!
- The staff service is below average. Could be trained to be better.
- We had ask for the towels and toilet soaps.
- Its in the city center close to the Dukh Niwaran Sahib Gurudwara which is good.
- There are many restaurants around.
- For one thing it was good that there were no insects or bed bugs in our rooms which can be very annoying. Hence for me the cleanliness was the most important.

Room Tip: - Please ask for rooms having the view of the Gurudwara. - Higher the rooms, better it would be to be away from the noise on the road below.
