We left it a bit late on an evening when most restaurants are closed in Bedoin and thought we were lucky to squeeze into the last table outside here. We lived in France for 5 years so are used to slow service in the better restaurants (this is NOT one of them), but this was l'operation escargo! 30 minutes to take the order and then the appetisers arrived quite quickly, but were dull. 45 minutes to clear our plates (!!) and another 15 to bring our main courses which had clearly been ready for us about an hour ago; dried out and barely warm.
We watched in envy as people sat down on the benches in the car park opposite to eat their fresh take-away pizza from next door.
