It is a tidy well located hotel in a new uprising city. The rooms are tidy & clean but the furniture is not a match to its 4* classification neither the amenities provided. The food selection offered is limited but properly presented & cooked. Normally the availability of a wide range of restaurants in the city limit the # of the hotel restaurants visitors . Internet facility in the room is provided & is satisfactory. The business center is tiny with almost no facilities available. The most important of all is the room rate which is affordable ,particularly for longer stays & is near to the airport ( less than half an hour away).

Room Tip: pick rooms over looking the street.

I have been at the Best Inn Hotel for three night. Room was clean and very proper, western standards pof a 4* hotel. The staff at the reception was amazingly nice and helpful, internet works wifi (very good at the lobby, with some breakages in the rooms, but overall ok). Breakfast is very good and has plenty of selection. I paid USD 165 per night, including breakfast, which for a hotel of this range in Erbil is a very good price. I really reccomend this place.

I've spent 2 nights in Erbil for business trip. The hotel is small but very compacts. A nice restaurant where they serve decent breakfast. Mid sized but clean and new rooms. Satisfying staff with hospitality attitude. Mini bar has a good variety of soft drinks and not expensive. The bathroom is big and comfortable. They provide everything including shave kit and shoe polishing stuff. They give free of charge hot drinks and water. the location is a bit far from old city but you can find a taxi anytime. It takes around 5-7 minutes from airport. If you are not looking for a Mandarin or Ritz you will be fully satisfied with your stay.

My only negative comment about the hotel relates to some of the reception staff - and only some of them!! They could be a little un-friendly and also forgot to give me an important package as I left saying it was not there!!

For those who like alcoholic drinks this is a 'dry' hotel!

Tee rooms are really well kept, substantial in size and well equipped - beds are comfortable and sheets are changed every day. Try to get a room at the back rather than on the road as it can get quite noisy - i used ear plugs and it was fine!! THere is a small but well euqipped gym. THe food when I was there was really good.

Room Tip: Go for a room on a high floor and at the back!!

I used to stay at Erbil International Hotel and Rotana before discovering this hotel. It is very decent and posh looking property. Both it interior lobby, corridor, rooms are done with designer contemporary furniture with European standards.

I would request people to try it to know it and start regretting money flushed in above so called five stars. Best deal i got on my second stay $. 150/- per night.

Room Tip: Rooms near internet router is recommended.
