Very nice sea view and spacious, clean rooms. Location quite in the middle of nowhere. A la carte dinner in the restaurant not interesting, food very average and service ok ( if you speak Italian or German), but do not bother to ask any recommendations for wines etc. Be ready for self -service, room has by far the worst minibar I' ve ever seen, one bottle of beer and a couple of Cokes and no indication of room service anywhere. Wireless internet worked, but not with the instructions we got in the beginning at the reception. In this hotel be ready for self-service and language showers: you get what you need if you are ready to go and ask and serve yourself - but do not expect to get service as in 4star hotel. Service level is much closer to 2 stars.

Room Tip: Ask the room not close to pool area, this end is occationally noisy.

We have chosen this hotel because we wanted a sunny accommodation near the beach with a swimming pool and a good restaurant. They had it all. We have stay in the hotel during 7 days. The accommodation was perfect in spite of that the touristic season wasn't yet started what give us the tranquillity we wanted. The shuttle service from and to the airport of Lamezia was perfect on our first and last day.
Breakfast was good and there was a great choice of food. Everything we wanted was present.
During the day we found fruit at the elevator. On the beach the seats were set every day.
The room was spacious and the Jacuzzi shower excellent. The room service was perfect.
The meals in the restaurant were of course in the Italian way but with a great choice. The staff and waiters were very helpful to give the information so that we could appreciate the Italian kitchen. The bicycles were excellent to visit the city of Amantea at only 3 kilometer. During our stay we have been to Tropea, Capo Vativano, Pizzo, Paola and have visited some villages in the mountains. An excellent place to have a reposeful holiday.

Room Tip: We had a room at the sea side

My husband and I stayed here on the last night of our holiday around southern Italy. We had stayed in 5 different hotels on this trip and this was certainly one of the best.
We stayed her at the end of November, so it was off season, our room was very reasonably priced.
We were very impressed with our room. We had a large double bed and a single bed in the room. We were provided with towelling bathrobes. The bathroom was excellent with the usual european bathroom with bidet. The shower was enormous and had jacuzzi jets, it was really nice and had good pressure.
The balcony view was brilliant we took our chairs out onto the balcony and watched the sun go down.
Walked along the beach the next day and were amazed at how clear and blue the water was.
The staff did not speak English but I got by with my Italian, so was not too much of a problem.

We had booked this hotel on a whim, as we were becoming very weary of travelling back and forth from the beach to my husband's hometown....all I can say is WOW! We booked a quadruple room and were very pleased to see that the room was divided. Our queen side faced the sea and had a well sized terrace with a small table and chairs. What a great space to watch the sunset! It also had an outdoor laundry sink and a rack to rinse and our bathing suits and towels for another day on the beautiful beach! Walking out of our room was a small corridor which led to a second room with two single beds for our teens. This was great! Each room had its own TV and in the heat wave that we were having, the air conditioning was fabuloso! The bathroom was just beautiful! I will include a picture. I was extremely impressed by the young lady who welcomed us at the hotel. She was half the size of my son, saw that he was carrying many items and offered to carry his duffle bag. I think her name was Emilia....she was just wonderful, showing us the room and how to work air conditioning and explained the events at the hotel. Breakfast is very important to us....this one was fantastic....it included fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cappucinno, warm chocolate filled croissants...the list goes on and on. We ate in the dining room with the pool (that we never had a chance to use) next to us. I would love to go back...but next time, for at least a week!!! Maybe two!!!
