We just stayed for a week in Tlaquepaque and made two attempts to have dinner at the Adobe. Even though we arrived well before closing time (40 minutes), we were provided with "an attitude" and glancing at watches before being told they weren't interested in serving us. Sorry but we won't be making any future attempts!

We visited this restaurant after finding out that Tlaquepasta is open after 5pm. We ordered the tuna tacos as starters which weren't that fresh. But our main courses were pretty good. The best part of this place was Hector the waiter who was especially attentive!

The live music was fun and the store is great but they close early on Sundays. Food was very good and drinks were wonderful!
Great ambiance at this restaurant.

We ate lunch outdoors, on the pedestrian walk. The bread is outstanding and we also shared a molcajete. It was so very good and filling, served with handmade tortillas. We ate this, with a couple of glasses of wine, and could not eat anything else.

I lunched there on a Sunday. The food was excellent and reasonable prices. But best of all they had a pianist (he was a Maestro), then a mariachi joined him. The musical arrangements were fantastic. A very cultural experience, but of a very high quality.
