Ok so first off, the staff were really friendly and food was yummy, always a well stocked salad bar, small buffet but always something different.

They advertise as a four star but definately not, three star if lucky. The rooms are tidy and nice but room service does not know before entering so be warned. The gym next door is from centuries ago and looks unsafe, small but clean pool, always enough loungers. Free wifi in lobby is patchy and slow at best of times.

Can to laganas is €7 and to zante €9, not too bad.

If you look at it as three star hotel it's nice if you look at it as four star hotel you may be dissapointed.

This was our first visit to this hotel but it certainly won't be our last. Cannot wait to go back.
The staff were very friendly, the food excellent and the hotel spotlessly clean with beautiful well maintained gardens.
I cannot think of anything that would cause complaint.
It is about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the beach and less than that to the strip. The hotel is in a very quiet spot just right for couples and a relaxing holiday. Many thanks to the owners and staff Reception, Tim, George Helen in Restaurant, Dennis in the bar,you are all doing a great job. Also thanks to Andrea for her entertainment.

We travelled as a couple of over 65's and this was just perfect.

Room tip: Rooms facing the back lane are the quietest, rooms facing the pool area are sunny

Beautiful quiet hotel, great location close enough to the main resort and beach but fair enough away you experience a quiet relaxing atmosphere during the day. I can not rate the staff enough they work so hard to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Tim was fantastic in the bar and Petra on reception made you welcome as soon as you walked through the door.
The food on the All Inclusive was amazing the best I have had in Europe and the Snack menu was great too offering more choice and variety.
No one reserves sun loungers so everyone has a far chance to get a lounger around the pool but the gardens are beautiful too and so well maintained.
We went out most evenings to Drunk Corner the best bar in Kalamaki by far as the evening entertainment was not really for us but again they put their heart and soul in it.
Aircraft noise is mentioned a lot this DID NOT effect the enjoyment of our holiday at all in fact we thought it was quite cool and with only a 10 minute transfer from the airport it made up for it completely.

Beautiful grounds and setting, staff friendly and courteous, well located for beach and main strip, (beach 15min walk), pool area good, plenty of loungers, lovely and quiet.Food good but limited choice if you're fussy, I'm not but hubby moaned;) snack bar great if you don't fancy lunch. Take some insect repellent and savlon, I forgot how vicious mossies are! Special mention to Petra on reception who was really helpful and pleasant with us,and with everyone else! I would definitely come back!

Lovely quiet hotel in Kalamaki. Staff are friendly and do anything to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need.

Unlike other reviews, we felt our room was lovely and didn't need updating. However, we did have a double room which may be different in style to the other single rooms. Bedding and towels were changed frequently and rooms were always kept clean and tidy.

Pool area was lovely also and was always kept clean and free from rubbish. Pool wasn't too cold and was really nice and refreshing in the hot weather. Always plenty of beds to choose from, no 7:00am towel rush to reserve sunbeds.

Food was delicious, always plenty to choose from and kept topped up and hot at all times. Soup served at the table before the buffet at tea time was a great option. If there was to be one small complaint it would be the drinks, they tasted nice enough but didn't have much of an effect, could have drank all day everyday and not have been drunk.

Kalamaki it's self is lovely and there are plenty of bars and restaurants along the main street if you fancy a look out. We also did a trip to the Water Village which was excellent, definitely recommend it!

BE WARNED: TAKE MOSQUITO PREVENTATIVES AND TREATMENTS!! they are everywhere, I probably had over 30 bites which were very unpleasant.

Overall, great holiday and would more thank likely return here :)
