The hotel was amazing. The staff were all friendly, efficient and caring. The standard of the facilities were very high indeed. The hotel deserves it's four star status. The entire holiday went smoothly. My boyfriend and I had paid extra for a sea view and this was not forthcoming with room allocation. After a brief discussion with the manager by staff we were upgraded to a room in the Adult section with all the benefits that entailed (we were going to upgrade anyway). The adult section has it's own dining rooms, bedrooms, Chill Pool with bar, Relax Pool, Nudist area.
As the holiday was to celebrate a special birthday we booked a Balinese Cabana for the day for 30 euros. As it was my birthday we got chilled champagne. Normally you get chilled water and fresh fruit which we did too. Back in the bedroom was wine and nibbles.

The few shops in the complex were reasonably priced and if not staff will recommend going to the Super Mercado next door.

There was plenty of planned activities throughout the day and night - never a dull moment if you want or you can be quiet and chill.

In the middle of the main pool is an island bar which is nice at night. There are plenty of bars throughout the complex. There are indoor and outdoor ones. The quality of local beers and spirits is very good. There is a large Sports Bar for those interested. There is a nightly show on for entertainment too.

The food was excellent - I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and this was the best AI I have experienced. Plenty of variety, good quality and plenty of it. Duing the stay yo can book in for al a carte dining on two occasions which we did.

The hotel room was large, clean and well maintained. However, the air conditioning in our room never fully worked. Huge bed, cool pillows, flat screen TV with some English channels, mini fridge, balcony with sea views, cream leather sofa and easy chair with coffee table. Mirrored large wardrobes. Lots of mirrors in hallway, bathroom and dressing table area. We paid 12 euros to hire the safe for a week.

Bathroom was large and well fitted with bath and shower over with an opening window. The only negative about the room was the lack of bathroom amenities - no proper shower gel or body cream. No flannels. No bidet. Towels very thin and not bath size. However, it was all adequate.

During the month of July the island in this region can be very windy but beware you can still get sunburned as we did.

There is little to do int he local area so if you are after a buzzing night life then perhaps this place is not for you.

Whoever reads this and goes to this hotel - have a fabulous time

Room Tip: As for Room 9034

Arrived Wed 2nd July for seven night break. Our 2nd time in 9 months.
We were pleasantly surprised to arrive and be upgraded to priviliged bands,
The hotel is fabulous, our room was spotless, champagne and fresh fruit on arrival and mini bar well stocked with soft drinks.
There is something for everyone to eat even the fussiest of people, well varied and freshly cooked, plenty of meats, fish, salads, even the pizza,s at lunch were good.
Staff were very friendly and always smiling, we were fortunate to be able to have branded spirits etc but the beer estrella is good even the white wine on tap was good.
pool clean, we found a nice grassed area near the jacuzzi in the adults only section, plenty of beds and beautiful weather, little windy but that helps trust me.
Went to the beach for a couple of days 12 euros for two beds and an umbrella of sorts, great walking along the beach in a morning, beware of nudists but its their choice and they do no harm. The coco loco bar in the centre of the two pools is the place to go of an evening, lively and you can meet people and have a chat.
I cannot fault this hotel even though it has mixed reviews, holidays are what you make of them
and we enjoyed our stay, the upgrade certainly helped, we really appreciated that.
The world cup was on while we were there so you can imagine the germans they had a wonderful time, 5.00pm a few beers watchin the games brilliant, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would go back and would definately recommend this hotel, ENJOY :-)

Room Tip: We were in block 6 top floor 6319, great views from balcony, wind quite fierce and blowing the trees but it sounds like the sea, the maids do a wonderful job absolutely spotless, water replaced as soon as it went. Aircon worked well not too cold just right, did need the extra pillows in the wardrobe to prop myself up, wife slept like alog.

Just returned from a week stay at this hotel and we had a lovely holiday! Like others was a little apprehensive before travelling having read the negative reviews but we needn't have worried.
Rooms-very comfortable and spacious, lovely bathroom and small sofa and chair too. The bed was massive and extremely comfortable. TV had a small choice of English language channels, enough to keep you happy on holiday.
Pool area-absolutely stunning, huge meandering pool and kept spotlessly clean. Pool is cleaned regularly and thoroughly with water also checked often. Always someone coming round collecting empty cups and sweeping up any rubbish. We also used the Adult only chill out pool, no shade available here it's for the hardened sunbathers but we used the large family pool and went to the swim up bar at the chill out pool, what a fantastic way to relax. There is another similar sized pool in the Adult only area which has shade from the sun. The child pool is a great size and right next to the kids club, there are plenty of shade areas here.
Food-Breakfast was brilliant, anything you could possibly want to start your day. Yes there was the odd queue but who cares, you're on holiday there's nothing to rush for. Lunch and evening meals were also delicious but I felt that the food was a bit 'samey' at times, this however didn't detract from the quality. We enjoyed our evenings at La Chosa and El Lagar restaurants, nice to have waiter service and food was lovely. I agree that the birds were a slight issue at La Chosa during the day and I was surprised to see a waitress actually feeding a huge Rook, it was so close to us we had to move tables as we felt a little uncomfortable.
Evenings-we have no feedback on the entertainment as didn't watch any as the room that is used is quite small and hot. Coco Loco bar at the centre of the pool was open from 5.30pm every day and is a nice area for a drink and a chat. We used the sports bar twice to watch the World Cup semi finals. Great atmosphere as lots of Germans, I unfortunately chose to wear a Brazil shirt, it was taken in good spirit and was the source of much laughter!!! Huge screen on the wall and TVs in rows above the bar.
Beach-lovely sandy edged beach with plenty of beds and parasols, €12 for 2 beds and parasol per day. The sea was lovely!
The hotel us situated right above the beach and it can be quite windy at times but Fuerteventura is known as the windy island so tahrs to be expected.
In summary, great hotel, great value for money and we had a great time,

My other half and myself were here from 28/6-4/7 and had a lovely holiday.
I think some reviewers need to accept what all inclusive is all about!

We are both pescaratians and there was never an occasion when there weren't several choices of meal available to us, our water was only delivered twice to the room, as has been mentioned, but at 1.5l size this did not present a problem at all, obviously when you are on site, you don't need this anyway, so really, moaning about this is a bit needless IMO as we didn;t even drink all that we were allocated over the week. Genuine fresh orange jiuce served at breakfast, which is a first, in my experience, with all inclusive. Always fresh fish options too, loved my mackerel for lunch in La Choza.
When we booked in we paid for the safe, which we found wouldn't work, however one visit to reception and 10 mnutes later, literally, a technician had been to the room and fixed the problem.
Didn't go to any of the shows as thats not our bag, so can't review them, but as ever, the animation team appeared to have been picked well and always had a lively attitude about the place.
Sports bar proved good for watching the World Cup, complete with special info. board so that you could keep up with the competition and see when matches were televised.
Didn't bother with silver wristbands as I couldn't really see what extra there would be for the money, as we travelled during school term time, there werent any screaming kids which needed avoiding!
We had room 1303, right at the back of the site, with splendid views out to sea from the balcony. Despite being quite handy for the main areas of the resort, it was also surprisingy peaceful when we were in our room or on the balcony.
Pool lovely, fantastic beach, would recommend this to people who understand all inclusive!

Room Tip: Block 1 may be right at the back of the site but prob has some of the best views, due to the lie of the land

First of all I would like to start by saying that I had very mixed reviews reading the below articles before my trip.
I had nothing to worry about! The hotel was fabulous, the rooms were spacious and clean, the grounds well kept, the views breath taking and the staff very friendly.
My boyfriend and I visited on the 25th June for 10 nights. We were greeted with cava on arrival and the check in process was smooth.
We both agreed that there was plenty of food variety and they always had something on the buffet that catered for everyone.
We met some lovely people and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I would definitely go back to this resort!
Thank you for making our first holiday as couple so memorable.
Please note if you have adult only bands the chill out pool is the best pool to relax and it’s near the bar! However, In peak season you may have to get up around 8am to get a sunbed.
